“Service excellent. Shoes ordered and received within 3-4 days. I was emailed regularly with info of where shoes were at each stage and when they had arrived at my pick up point.”

“Online order - I ordered Injinji socks. Northern Runners had them at the best price I could find and did not charge for postage/delivery. My socks arrived sooner than expected . In perfect condition. I would order from them again. My only slight gripe with using their website is that I could not avoid accepting cookies.”

“The delivery was fast, and the trainers arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit quite right, so had to return them. I was very impressed with how quickly I received my refund. Will definitely be shopping with Northern Runner again.”

“The toe socks I ordered arrived very promptly. I have worn them in walking boots, so far they seem really comfortable, but have not yet tested them on an all day walk . I appreciated that I could order a single pair to try without postage charges, likely to order again.”

“I got some Altra Timp5s. Half a size bigger than i would normally take after reading they come up a bit smaller than average. I also have narrow feet so them being narrower than some others Altras was fine for me. Northerner runner sent them out promptly and were a bit cheaper than other places. So overall great service and shoes.”
