“the fact that i can exercise in my own home when its raining!! from what i have tried so far they seem good workouts. the delivery was on time. fairly easy to assemble, i have even got my husband working out too”

“It's a Fantastic machine and works very well. Bit worried that there was a few screws etc left over after I paid for it to be assembled at my home.”

Hello Trina, Thank you for your review! I'm glad you are happy with your machine, I hope you are still enjoying it. In relation to the additional screws they may be spare screws or the bolts taken from the machine which needs to be done during the assembly.

“NordicTrack has an impressive website that is well laid out and very easy to navigate no matter what sports equipment you are looking for. Once you have selected your item the buying process is also a very easy and speedy procedure taking only a few minutes to complete. My item arrived within a few days in perfect condition. I am pleased to say the IFit module was easy to fit and the instructions easy to follow and I was up and cycling in no time. I have no hesitation in recommending NordicTarck to anyone looking for superior well manufactured exercise equipment.”

“The initial contact with the Nordic sales team was very helpful and they were able to answer all our questions. Subsequent contact continued in the same vein. Order and delivery went very smoothly with the delivery team assembling the treadmill in a professional and experienced manner resulting in a machine which is highly satisfactory in subsequent use.”

“I needed a treadmill to exercise my legs that have had PAD (peripheral arterial disease) since late 2015. I found information about slow walking speeds and increments was hard to find in the specifications on the Web. Too much about peripheral stuff. I was helped by Keith Bowes at Nordic Track and went on to choose a C320i. It works well and after 2 weeks am feeling confident and better. I am aged 82. The User Manual is clear. I had downloaded a copy before the TM came but it does not illustrate the display information and neither does the Web Site. I'm happy now I have it, but why not show how the time and distance, calories and slope are displayed. I did not know that speed can go down to 1km/hr and can increase in 0.1km/hr steps. Good to have the treadmill now. My wife enjoys walks/runs as well. Tony Devonald”

“Quiet action and good price in sale, many similar machines are much worse. Quality drops a star though as the seat tilts backwards and the handlebar support cannot be set straight with any amount of adjustment. Utterly useless I-fit feature and unreliable pulse rate monitor. I think I have a Polar T31 strap around but it needs an extra receiver to be bought? So overall, its quite a good upright bike on sale due to its flaws.”

“The product is just what I wanted. Oh, and the seat is much more comfortable than those on the machines that you normally find at a gym. It would have been helpful to put the serial number on top of the chassis rather than under it and to provide a manual in English. Customer service were very helpful and I have received the English manual by email. One small point, as I have arthritis in my hands, I found adjusting the pedal straps very difficult and had to get my partner to help out - but I guess most people would not have this problem. There was a mix-up over the delivery. I had arranged for the machine to be installed but an installer was not present. However this was rectified very quickly with a new team at a time to suit me - again very good customer service.”

The reason we place the decal sticker out of sight as its generallyjust something you need once and would detract from the overall aesthetics of the product if it was permanently in view. “The first machine that was delivered had a fault with the seat post in that it got jammed. The machine was replaced and the replacement was fine. The first machine was only delivered to the door and I had to drag the box and it's contents up a flight of stairs to the bedroom. When I was advised that the machine was being replaced I was told that collection of the original machine would only be from the hall way and therefore it had to be dragged back down stairs. This is very poor customer service and given the circumstances as a gesture of goodwill I would have expected collection from the place of assembly. The delivery of the second machine was as expected, the delivery men took the machine up stairs and were very happy to do so. Given the cost of the machine this level of service should be the norm.”

“Treadmill has a lot of features and programmes on it which include an incline function. Not quite as straight forward to assemble as I was led to believe”
