“From order through to delivery, everything went smoothly and carrier turned up exactly when they said they would. GX 4.6 Bike was easy to build and was assembled and running within an hour and a half of opening the box and is a high quality purchase. I would use Nordic Track again.”

“Great equipment, clear assembly instructions, no issues on that side. However I contacted nordic track after unsuccessfully trying to get the IFIT to activate in Ireland and despite assurances I would be contacted to resolve the issue I have had no contact whatsoever. The bluetooth in both the treadmill and the crosstrainer I purchased require the IFIT to be activated so thats immobilised as well. I had been assured that Joshua Brooks who had previously emailed the activation code would be in contact. If its the case that IFIT does not function in Ireland then I would have purchased much less expensive machines elsewhere and if it`s not would someone in customer services please contact me asap.”

I believe this has now been resolved and it was outlined that your internet's connection was the fault which is why your iFit was not working. “We wanted an exercise bike that offered a bit more than just 'get on and pedal'. We are still finding our way around the basic programs and settings but the potential to connect to iFit was a major selling point for us. We were also a little concerned over some of the reviews that said the bike was problematic to assemble but we found no issues other than the bottom plastic cover under the control panel was a bit fiddly to get the screws to line up.”

“I had the treadmill delivered and installed. The guys were on time having confirmed the appointment and did a superb job including cleaning up afterwards. The C700 Treadmill is everything Nordic Track promised and after only one week so far is performing well.”

“I ordered the machine over a week ago, I have had no contact from the company, no delivery date and hence no machine feels like poor customer service for what is an expensive piece of kit”

Hello Lisa, its Josh from NordicTrack. The order was received by our carriers on the 31/10/16 which they tried contacting you 8 times which they were not successful. The item was finally booked for the 21/11/16 which I believe was succesful. Thank you for your review. I hope you are enjoying your NordicTrack Incline trainer.

“good sturdy machine, but the seat post, handlebar post almost impossible to move up and down or in and out, bought some silicone spray and they are just about movable with a lot of effort. The drive belt was also rubbing to start with but this seems to have resolved itself. Apart from that the bike runs very smoothly”

“Wasn't expecting the trainer to be so good. I'm a big guy and I can't believe how sturdy and solid it is. I've seen ones for same price that look flimsy. The machine itself is excellent plenty of programmes to use and also can use Ifit to add more”

“I have used Nordictrack for about 15 years and the new cross trainer I have just bought is even better than I expected. It is well built, solid and very stable when using as well as being very smooth and much quieter than my last trainer to operate. It really is a first rate piece of kit and well worth the money.”
