“We wanted to purchase the reformer Pilates machine, we tried to do it a couple of weeks ago but Klarna declined our application. As a result I contacted Nordic Track online customer service and spoke to a gentleman called Joel. He was absolutely brilliant, gave us lots of advice and was very useful to speak to. We made alternative arrangements to pay for the machine. I contacted Joel again today, once again he was absolutely brilliant. He was very polite and personable. This is the second piece of gym equipment we have bought for our personal use and if every time we do, I get to speak with customer service, I know they are there to help me out. Thank you Joel. I hope you get a deserved recognition for your service.”
