The NordicTrack incline trainer is an amazing fat burning machine. Super easy to use and lots of great features but most of all a really effective work out. Easy to assemble but losing one star on the review simply because instruction diagram aren't clear and the unpacking instructions minimal.

The instruction manuals we do try make as user friendly as possible however I can sympathise as some steps are relatively harder than some of the others however it seems you managed to get your product assembled which is good.

Just received my Nordic T15 Treadmill. Impressive piece of kit . Delivery was also impressive. Three men fitted it and I recommend that you pay the extra for this as it's extremely heavy . Only let down was it came with an Australian plug so had to wait a further two days for an British one .

My Nordic Track C100 model has just stopped automatically. Very dangerous, as I was running when it stopped suddenly.

Quick delivery to Ireland, after a weeks usage I find the machine well manufactured and silent in operation. Assembly time approx 40 mins, overall I am happy with my purchase. Machine appears sturdy and durable for heavy home use. Can't comment on longterm reliability .

My £418 order of Nordic track exercise bike with delivery and insulation arrived last Wednesday. The engineer installing it said the loose saddle I pointed out was normal! My foot slipping when I tried to peddle suggested it was not. A telephone call to the online supplier said it was not normal and they would phone me back re: sorting the problem. Another call to the supplier 2 days later (Friday) informed me they had no record of my Wednesday telephone call and no record of me or my purchase on their system even though I had email correspondence and order reference from them. I was asked to email my details and they would call me straight back. I did, they didn't! I called them back later on Friday afternoon, eventually, after talking to two members of staff they said 2 new parts and an engineer to fit them would be sought. It is now late Tuesday evening and still nothing and no reply to my email requesting confirmation of our conversation. Very disappointing. I have no faith in the product or the online supplier. Also where you site the Serial Number is ridiculous - I had real trouble getting to it to give to the online supplier. Not Happy

Overall pretty good. It feels quite heavy when it comes out of the box, but this gives a smooth ride. Assembly takes a while, but provided you take your time and follow the instructions it's fairly easy (although you ideally need two people). Once up and running it works well. The display is clear and gives good indication of what you are doing (I particularly like the intensity scale which combines speed and resistance in a single measure). It comes with a range of programs on it. However, based on the ones I've tried, the programs are aimed more at the beginner (and maybe intermediate) level. Those who want something with more resistance probably want to consider add the iFit module. If you want more programs you can add these with the optional iFit module (the downside being that it costs an extra £100 to add that).

The programmes on the machine do vary so some will be a lot more easier than the rest so it just depends what you are wanting to do. Each programme has different functions such as they will differentiate based on speed, calories burned and incline etc. You are correct, it is an additional purchase for the iFit module however we do currently have deals with our products so the iFit live technology can have a discounted price.

Very heavy to move. Had to take out of box and enlist help of strong son in law to get upstairs but once there very easy to put together and an excellent machine to use. Very easy controls.

Product was as per description but be prepared for a complicated assembly process and ensure you have a helper available for the heavy components. Warranty is a concern though as I have located the treadmill in my garage which has been converted into a gym but on completing the online warranty it advised that the product is not covered for garage use. This is a concern as the humidity, temperature and conditions in my gym / garage are more controlled than indoors.

As per our user manuals and our warranty terms and conditions we do not advise any products to be kept in any out house/garage type of environments. I do understand and sympathise as I know that customer do have heated controlled environments etc however we still do not advise this. In relation to our assembly we do try make our assemblies as user friendly as possible. I can understand it can be daunting when opening the box to see the many parts however as long as you had followed the user manual as precise as you can then there should be no issues. I hope you are enjoying your machine!

Recently purchased the Nordictrack U60 exercise bike and love it.Bike arrived promptly and in great condition.Put it together myself which didn't take me long.Very sturdy and quiet.In my opinion it's better than the ones I've used at gym.Large Seat which easily adjusts to suit varied heights and handle bars that move for comfortable seating positions.Console great having varied resistance levels and bonus of having the inbuilt Fan.Both my husband and I have been using it everyday and would definitely recommend it.

I have not received the goods as yet , order placed on the 25th February and webside indicated a 7-14 day period from order.I was expecting a mail from the warehouse when the goods were dispatched . I rang the customer service telephone no on the 8th March and was left holding for quite some time and they could not find my order and requested that I send in an email which I did and have yet to receive a response . I did received an email from Masterlink logistices on the 9th March requesting when I would like delivery, my obvious answer would be as soon as possible. It might be delivered on Monday next . Recommend better communication , at least give the customer an indication if the goods will not be delivered in the period stated and advise when they could expect them

As mentioned through our terms and conditions our Ireland deliveries are extended to 7 - 14 working days as mentioned however we use third party to carriers to deliver this item so we cannot give an accurate delivery date until we know the item has been collected. I'm glad that Masterlink did get in touch in relation to your order and I believe this had been successfully delivered. I hope you are enjoying your machine!

Well, I've had my NordicTrack T23.0 treadmill for just under a week now, and I'm loving it! I bought an I-Fit subscription at the same time and I must admit that if I wasn't able to connect to Google Maps/Street View I would probably lose interest. But that's just me and exercise. Completely worth it. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery because I couldn't take a weekday delivery, which unfortunately meant that I couldn't get it assembled on delivery. If assembly had been on offer for a Saturday, my experience would have been near perfect.

The delivery was swift although communication on the status of the order could be improved. The equipment with packaging is heavy so assistance is most definitely required. Instructions are easy to follow though one of the sections was easily broken due to tightness of the screw/thread. Will address with NordicTrack under warranty.

Product delivered NordicTrack X9i Incline Trainer on time and installed, installers turned on the machine and it literally blew up at the socket inlet, hence the very poor rating. I contacted Nordic Track UK (Do not even discuss any issues with Nordic Track US) they were very helpful and re-ordered a replacement machine immediately, only down side was it was another weeks wait. Given the above failure in a new machine I would question the factory quality control measures and can only hope that the new machine has actually been quality checked as the previous machine obviously wasn't. Won't be able to comment further until new machine is installed.
