“Sent wrong jacket. One on the site was the wrong picture for the jacket described and was to much hassel for me to return. IE I WOILD HAVE HAD TO GET RETURNS LABEL PRINTED OUT. So i would not recommend this company. There fault but ended up my problem. !!!!”

“Very slow with communication regarding a wrong order and then equally slow in the 'returns process with no number to call, just a ticket by ticket email system. I still have not had a refund issued and it's been over 2 weeks. Too slow for this modern age. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.”

“Parcelforce's fault initially... Wrongly delivered my parcel. However, several attempts to get an answer from Nevisport to where my parcel actually is has proven unsuccessful. Really poor customer service, won't be buying again.”

“Nevisport sent me two wrong shoes. I contacted customer service 6 days ago and was told to expect a call within 48hrs. I'm still waiting. But I did get a request to rate nevisport so here we are”

“Unfortunately I ordered to a mis-typed address (which I accept was completely my fault). I have contacted Nevisport via email, the online form and by phone and I have not had a response at all. I have contatced the carrier who cannot do anything as it has to be confirmed by the sender. The parcel was returned to sender and sent straight back out again to the non-existent address. I am sorry to put a negative review given that the initial mistake was my fault, but I don't seem to have any other option.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED. Terrible experience ! Ordered a RAB jacket in 2XL However, the system decided I needed a small ??? Tried to exchange but was told that you do not offer exchanges. Absolutely useless ! Definitely do NOT recommend.”

“Still awaiting refunds from previously purchased items. Refunds still not arrived. When purchasing more pair, there is no option to have replacements...but refunds seem a long time being refunded. Infact still waiting. Not greatly pleased!”

“i ordered skis and poles, they cancelled by skis, advising they were out of stock (can still be purchased online) but sent the poles without checking with me if I would still like the poles. Given they could not fulfil the order of skis, I would have ordered the poles from another retailer who stocked the skis I wanted. Awful communication and disaponting first purchase.”
