Parcel was opened when recieved. 2 emails and phone calls totally ignored other than auto reply. No returns lable. Twice requested. Coat being returned to a shop and I want my money back. Your customer service is the worst

Haven't received my order. Have attempted to contact several.times to discuss problems with shipping and had no reply. Awaiting either order or refund. Very poor

Unfortunately I did not receive my coat contacted parcel force who said they tried to deliver it twice this is a lie my husband and I are always at home then when contacted parcel force they said parcel was back at the depot and would deliver it but I have still not received it very disappointed at my first experience with Nevisport. This coat was a present for my son.

Paid for two items, and one was received. No refund was offered, told it had been delivered despite the invoice being amended to one item.

I ordered two items and was told one was out of stock and I would be refunded which duly happened the next day. The "out of stock" item arrived that day, but I'm still waiting for the other more expensive item. I emailed multiple times and tried 15 times in 6 hours to get through on the help line with no response. Mistakes happen, but so far the customer service to sort it out has been very very poor.

Hello, I sent the email below last Saturday with a photoand still awaitng any reply. The seam on the front left boot is not finished well, uneven join and protrudes. See pictures. I really like the boots. Please advise if you can replace them before I return. I don’t want to spend this much money on boots which are not perfect when new. Thanks for your help. Barbara

I received a faulty pair of walking trousers from Nevisport. I have spent the past 7 days trying to contact them by telephone and by email, and cannot get a response from anybody. Their telephone number rings out and eventually disconnects at all times of the day. Nobody responds to emails. I am reluctantly now pursuing a chargeback through my credit card company. It was my first time ordering from Nevisport and will be my last. It's not their fault the trousers were faulty - that's outside of their control. Their awful, non-existent customer service is entirely their fault though - avoid them at all costs.

Took ages for the order to arrive (but as expected, it was Xmas hols and Boxing Day sale) but communication in regards to delivery was poor. When it finally arrived it was someone else’s order. I emailed to try rectify but had no response. Tried calling the number on the website and it just kept ringing out. Finally managed to get through to someone after me calling several googled numbers online. I was informed that they would send me a printable label to post it back, which I have received. But not only do I have to seek to print the label somewhere, I am also expected to drive to and use my time to send it back via the post office and that only once they receive the incorrect item back will they send my parcel out!! Just absolutely appalling. Being held to ransom to have what I ordered and paid for sent to me (and my item is of higher cost than the incorrect item). I have posted the incorrect item back as I’m an honest person, but I don’t like being indirectly distrusted by a company for which I have paid for an item and not received. The least you could have done is send my item out straight away next day by way of apology, and graciously await delivery of your item back. I’ll never use this company again.

The jacket I received was BLUE, but I ordered BLACK. The label says black but it is not. I have emailed Nevisports twice without reply.

Very poor customer service. I returned a pair of boots in the hope I could order a different size for my partner. Website states no exchanges and return at your own expense. Visited the website and boots still in the sale (same price I paid) on search page but when you click on item the price changes. Emailed company 3 times and still no reply. Won’t be a returning customer sadly.

I purchased the ZONE 3 WOMENS AGILE FULL WETSUIT in size medium. I am a womens UK size 10 and this was the correct size, using the Nevis Sportsoze chart however, it was far too small. I am aware that wetsuits should be snug but, I couldn't zip this up. The returns policy is not good; I had to pay for postage and packaging (because the bag was ripped when I received it). Despite Royal Mail providing me proof of delivery, I am yet to hear anything from Nevis Sport RE: my refund. I would not recommend Nevis Sport and if you do purchase this wetsuit I would size up at least 2 sizes larger than usual.

Dear Sirs, I have not yet received the package. The only communication from DHL advised me of their inability to delver to my chosen collection point. My repeated tracking searches only bring forth news that whilst their agent has got it they have been unable to deliver. Have you any information at your end. I have no QR code either..

Customer service is useless. I've tried to phone multiple times and it just rings out. I've sent 3 emails and not had one response! I just want to know if you've sent me the correct trainers or not as otherwise I'll be forced to send them back. Would be good if someone could make an effort to get back to me please.

No order confirmation received. Chased up with customer service who told me they couldn’t locate my order using my email address, but I then received a dispatch notification to the same email address. Item received was incorrect but offered to keep the item for partial refund of price difference. No response to my offer so sent them item back. Comms were sporadic. Wouldn’t use again unfortunately.
