Great product but it was in a paper bag from rab, then Nevis put it in one of their branded plastic carrier bags, then put it in a plastic postage bag? No need, follow rabs lead and use paper, you are supposed to support the outdoors not add to its demise

This was the first time I had ordered anything from Nevisport and initially I was not impressed with the communication. I received the email confirming my order then for five days nothing until I emailed asking where my order was. After that it was fine. I got an email back and could track my parcel. It arrived a couple of days later. Fortunately I was not in a hurry for my purchase, but communication should be better.

I bought a RAB jacket for my husband for his birthday. I was very disappointed in the packaging. It was wrapped in a ball and stuffed in a grey postage bag. For the cost of the jacket I was appalled. You should be sending it out in RAB packaging or at least some kind of packaging. Had that grey bag been damaged the jacket would have been ruined

Happy with your service just disappointed the boots are too small, even tho I checked the make in a different style so I knew a 44 would fit??

Ordering the item was easy. However, my item was not despatched within the time frame. As it was a birthday present I tried to telephone the number for customer service:no answer on several occasions. I emailed too. Eventually, I spoke to someone in Fort William who informed me my item was going to come from Exeter. I telephoned and was unable to speak with the person who could help me. I finally received my item 9 days after ordering. The item itself I’m really pleased with and the discounted price saved me over £30.

It did arrive with the delivery window that they stated, however I thought that it would havew been a bit quicker. I only live 40 miles away from the shop, albeit I do live on a small island just off the West Coast. A ferry runs every hour seven days a week. You place your order, then hear nothing from Nevisport, until you contact them for an update. Maybe we are all just spoiled now by Amazon next day delivery.

Items by scarpa are excellent but you charge a high delivery charge but give a slow service. Wouldn’t recommend

The order was very quick to arrive, but unfortunately I ordered 2 different coloured tops and when they arrived they were both the same colour but had labels in saying the colours I had ordered. So I emailed and rang on quite a few occasions to explain the issue but no reply, the phone cut off after so long. I want to send one back but as the problem isn’t mine I am not paying for the postage and it does say on the site to contact first if there’s a defect or something wrong. So customer service could be better.

I ordered a jacket for my husbands birthday, it was despatched quickly but to this day has still not arrived as the courier miss delivered. I reached out to Nevisport, they advised the courier was looking into this. Not heard anything more despite trying to contact them. The birthday has passed, still no jacket and still no support from customer service

Zero contact from the minute I ordered until the day it arrived(which was really slow) that really needs sorted out it's 2024 not 1994
