“My order for a Rab jacket arrived when promised and was completely as advertised. Unfortunately neither the style nor colour was quite what I wanted so returned the item within a few hours via the procedure indicated. It was posted first class via Royal Mail but 8 days later I have had no confirmation of its' safe return nor any sign of a refund. Given the time of year I am be prepared to be patient for a few more days but am a bit concerned by the situation. My 'rating' would obviously depend on what happens over those next few days hence a three star rating for now.”

“Jacket great. Delivery poor. Item, which was expensive, was left in pouring rain for 2 days, thrown over a locked gate. Marked as "signed for" which was incorrect. Would think twice about purchasing from Nevisport again because of this”

“I thought the pricing and availability side of my order was excellent. However, the delivery couriers,DHL , were very poor. I would not order anything if u want it quickly . The only update I was able to source stated that my order had been ‘loaded into the van’. It was delivered 2 days after this. For this reason, I will order elsewhere in the future. You have no idea when will receive order.”

“First order was not great . The stuff you sell is at a good price but I don’t understand why you would use DHL tracking was all over the place till the very end it was like it was tracking 2 different orders . When you have spent 200 quid you neeed a good carrier . Used one of your competitors to get the other coat and had no problems or worry. And your refund policy should be if it goes missing refund your customers not sign a form then launch an investigation. So for me the cheep price wasn’t worth the week of worry . Sorry”

“Not impressed with the service to be honest. Did not receive the order for approximately a week. Sent an email, no reply, then eventually called and was informed that the order was stuck in processing. It would have been stuck indefinitely if I had not followed up. Then I received the item and the label showed it as £10 less than what I had paid. Was hoping for a better service.”

“Order came and needed to return, not heard anything for 12 day so had to ring and chase up. Yes they had received order back and would process refund and I would receive in 5 working days… why so long? And why did I have to chase it up if they had received the order back?”

“More of a shipping issue. The coat I bought was shipped in a single shipping bag. This did not provide complete protection for the coat. Especially as DHL just left it on the floor behind my wheelie bin. I needed the coat for the weekend so did not return. No damage, but slightly marked.”

“Very poor…. Took forever to be delivered. Had to contact Nevisport on several occasions and they said they would get back to me but never did! It wasn't very well packaged.”

“The goods were fantastic but the delivery was difficult. I couldn't select a convenient day and time when ordering and the order arrived in 2 lots. It was very difficult to judge from the info given when it would arrive and when we needed to be home. An option for next day delivery, for a fee would have been much better for us.”

“Great item but shocking delivery Was told by email on Monday that the item was dispatched and that I'd be taking delivery on Wednesday. It turned out that the item didn't leave the warehouse until Wednesday and not two days earlier like I was told. Awful service”

“Nevisport provided prompt efficient service and delivery, all at a very competitive price. The shoes- Dolomite- were unfortunately rather tight and tough so I had to return them. Disappointing.”

“I bought a great product and all is well; but it was delayed and info from the carrier was confused, incorrect and not clear. I thus wrote an email to Nevis on the correct customer help email address and never even got confirmation that they had my mail, never mind an answer to my query. I'd have thought they'd want to know that the carrier was a problem. I would use Nevis again, but come on...please reply to things, even if you aren't sure what to do about a query. My shoes arrived a week late. Apparently, DHL has staffing issues. That may be of interest to you, Nevis! 🙂. Thank you....Victoria I-don't-believe-it Meldrew of Penarth😆”
