“Nevisport provided prompt efficient service and delivery, all at a very competitive price. The shoes- Dolomite- were unfortunately rather tight and tough so I had to return them. Disappointing.”

“I bought a great product and all is well; but it was delayed and info from the carrier was confused, incorrect and not clear. I thus wrote an email to Nevis on the correct customer help email address and never even got confirmation that they had my mail, never mind an answer to my query. I'd have thought they'd want to know that the carrier was a problem. I would use Nevis again, but come on...please reply to things, even if you aren't sure what to do about a query. My shoes arrived a week late. Apparently, DHL has staffing issues. That may be of interest to you, Nevis! 🙂. Thank you....Victoria I-don't-believe-it Meldrew of Penarth😆”

“The item was too big. I retunred it via toyou on Monday September 1st. The tracking indicates it has been returned to you (the retailer) but I have had not correspondence to suggest that it has been recieved and no refund.”

“No issue with Nevisport, it’s Dhl, according to their updates the package was received on a Friday, come Monday the update says waiting on package and then a text on Wednesday to say it’s on it’s way, total confusion”

“Product delivered was what I expected and in good condition. However out of all the orders I submitted at the same time with various outdoor retailers where I chose the cheapest shipping solution, the Nevisport one was the last to be shipped and the last to arrive. Slow shipping processes would make me hesitant to order again.”

“Would have been 5***** for the shoes which are great BUT YOUR SIZING IS TOO SMALL!!!!!! I TAKE 43 ( UK SIZE 9) IN ALL OTHER SHOES.........I NEED 44 FOR YOURS WHY NOT JUST GET IT RIGHT I ONLY KNOW THIS BECAUSE I GOT THE WRONG SIZE BOOTS LAST YEAR”

“The boots arrived eventually. Other customers may want to note delivery by DHL was unreliable. I took the opportunity to postpone delivery for 3 days but the boots were delivered the day after expected and outside the delivery window allocated. The driver seemed to think delivery on the day intended was impossible as he hadn't even been given our parcel.”

“Products arrived promptly and according to my order. What I can’t understand is why 4 items came in three separate deliveries - especially when two of one item arrived separately. Please consider your postage approach!!”

“The product was good and at a good price. The delivery was absolute pants. Endless emails from dhl and no action. Finally a week after placing my order dhl gave a half day window with a demand for parcel being signed for. I could be in , there was a divert to collection point which I did. After I’d done this it told me it would be another day before I could collect it. I don’t u destined why- the collection point was close to my home, DHL would have got it to m home a day earlier but not to the collection point? I’m not impressed.”

“I ordered a pair of boots from Nevis Sport and it took 13 days for them to arrive at my door. Only 6/13 days was the fault of Nevis Sport, DHL managed the other 7 days. The boots had to travel 550 miles, so they travelled an average of about 42 miles/day from the point of ordering to the front door. I rang Nevis Sport customer services after about 4 days and they were very helpful. They’ve earned this three star review. The rest of the delay was the fault of DHL.”

“Excellent website. With a great range of products at affordable prices. The staff in the shop are excellent too, being really knowledgeable and friendly. This should be a five star review, but using DHL as a delivery is crazy! They are total garbage and really put me off, from purchasing. I have gone elsewhere sometimes just because of the delivery choices. Please add ‘collect at store’ or the Royal Mail to your website and save your customers the stress of having to use DHL!”

“Prompt delivery. I have returned the jacket as too large. I was a bit disappointed that I had to use the label on the invoice and then pay postage to return the item without doing the usual on line return process used by other companies.”

“Very happy with website, product description, price, product itself and sales process. Not at all happy with delivery via DHL. Their e-mails were very confusing. Got an e-mail on Wednesday telling me delivery would be day before (Tuesday) then saying it was delayed. Raised a query with Nevisport 'cos it felt like a scam but no response. Annoying! Parcel arrived after 10 days witha label saying re-delivery so where it had been, I know not. However, worth waiting for as shoes have gone straight in to use and are just what I was looking for. I bought from Clarks for years but their quality and range is now very poor.”
