Returned a coat which was delivered/collected on monday. Couldn't find a way to track the returns process so emailed. Waited 48 hours like their promised response time..nothing. gave them a call and was told didnt have it yet. Checked tracking again and they've signed for it so do have it. Tried to call again today at 15:50 waited 10 mins on hold to be cut off and told the opening hours of 8 - 5. Pretty poor customer service in my experience.

The fleece jacket was fine but too big so I returned it. Disappointed to have to pay delivery fees for purchase and return as free delivery only for items for over £79. There are plenty of other suppliers out there that don’t charge postage for purchase and returns and I will use one of them next time.

I bought a pain of shoes. Size yoo small so would wish to return them anyway for a half size larger, but the shoes were also damaged. That is probably due to manufacturing not you guys. The paint on the side of the sole didnt cover all of the lettering on one of the shoes. I wrote to customer services by email. Was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours to continue with the return process. That was 4 days ago and nobody has been in contact. I was given a reference 2888475. Could you look into it for me? Many thanks.

Ordered some shoes, no one was home when they were to be delivered and now I can't trace where the shoes were after requesting them be re-delivered to a local depot.

Still waiting for my refund , any where else only seems to take a couple of days from scanning product to say it's been seent back , im still waiting over a week now , not happy

I would seriously re think who you use for deliveries as the parcel was just left on my door step " luckily my husband saw it as he was going out "

Unfortunately the delivery of my order was inadequate. Both products ordered are in an OK condition, however, one product was delivered successfully but the other I found outside any packaging left on the ground outside the main door of my flat. Luckily I noticed it and it was still in an ok state but I was very disappointed with the packaging. There weren't any holes or rips so it musn't have been packed properly in the first place.

Ordered items and over a week later they still hadn't arrived. I called to ask where my goods were and they hadn't even processed the order as it had gotten "lost in the system". Due to this the most important item in my order was now out of stock. However, it was still showing in stock on their website. They offered 15% off Full Price goods, in compensation which you can get anyway on their website. So this was not exactly a good deal for me. I have bought quite a few things from Nevisport in the past but now feel that I have been let down and now will think twice about ordering from them online.

Buying from the Nevisport website is straightforward and uncomplicated and efficient.... until the item arrives and it doesn't fit!! Then one is obliged to seek out the nearest Asda store (Henley on Thames where we live does not have an Asda so I had to drive *miles* to High Wycombe where there is a huge 'superstore') to return the goods. Also it seems I am to lose £3 from the refund having returned my item via Asda (just to add insult to injury for the item not fitting!!). If Asda is out of the question it is possible to return the goods in the usual way through royal mail but this of course costs the proverbial arm and leg. For this reason *only* I wouldn't shop at Nevisport again. So often things bought online don't fit!!

Delivery was delayed with DHL, arrived late for a birthday. DHL updates were unhelpful and didn’t match the date.

The delivery was good and nice product. but the jacket was too small , so I returned it but have not received a refund. I've sent 2 emails chasing this and no reply. When will I receive this ?

I was unlucky. Firstly I put one order. Which it was said the payment had not gone through. So placed another. They both arrived minus one scarpa pair. So I now had 3 pairs instead of 4.pairs. So had to try and arrange a credit. Ending up with 3 pairs when I wanted 2.

I appreciate that much issue with my purchase is mainly around the absolutely useless courier they use, however im only giving 2 stars because Nevisport have been just awful at sorting out my lost item. Im still out of pocket and the item appears lost. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was rude and needs some customer service training, im also still waiting for someone to call me back with a resolution but that hasn't happened either. I fear the only way I will get my money back is to raise a dispute with my payment card provider.

I bought a Hoka pair of trainers. Unfortunately they had been handled ( Maybe posted back because wrong size colour etc ) yes they were in the appropriate box etc. When I opened the box the laces had been laced up in the shoes with a new pair of shoes they’re usually tied and tucked into the shoe and not laced up also there was no filler (paper) in the inside of the shoes! Disappointing!!

Having accidently ordered 4 jackets I rang pretty much straightaway trying to cancel 3 of my orders (website very flakey). I was advised that wasn't possible and to basically tell the delivery driver I didn't want it and the order would arrive back. Not trusting this I had one jacket arrive which was to big so had to send back via Asda and pay £3 to do do even thought my purchase was over £100. The second jacket arrived went to a shop (which is fine) for me to pick up. I went to the shop and they advised I needed a QR Code or some other code which I had to find through DHL. I have been emailing Nevisport and asking about my orders but didn't get much of a reply as for the other 2 jackets I have not really got an idea where they are so fingers crossed they don't arrive.
