I bought a Hoka pair of trainers. Unfortunately they had been handled ( Maybe posted back because wrong size colour etc ) yes they were in the appropriate box etc. When I opened the box the laces had been laced up in the shoes with a new pair of shoes they’re usually tied and tucked into the shoe and not laced up also there was no filler (paper) in the inside of the shoes! Disappointing!!

Having accidently ordered 4 jackets I rang pretty much straightaway trying to cancel 3 of my orders (website very flakey). I was advised that wasn't possible and to basically tell the delivery driver I didn't want it and the order would arrive back. Not trusting this I had one jacket arrive which was to big so had to send back via Asda and pay £3 to do do even thought my purchase was over £100. The second jacket arrived went to a shop (which is fine) for me to pick up. I went to the shop and they advised I needed a QR Code or some other code which I had to find through DHL. I have been emailing Nevisport and asking about my orders but didn't get much of a reply as for the other 2 jackets I have not really got an idea where they are so fingers crossed they don't arrive.

The item which was sent to me was substandard, normally it would be considered as a second. I have returned it and awaiting a refund.

This was a sale item, ( rucksack), although not a hive reduction. It looked a bit dusty, slightly grubby and tatty. It looked as though it had been hanging around the shop for a while. Shame as it is a birthday present for my daughter and there is not enough time to return it...

Ordered some water shoes. Took over 2 weeks to be delivered. When delivered, the box was battered and one side was completely missing. Unsure who was at fault - Nevis or the logistics provider - either way, not a good advert for Nevis and their service Once opened, the item seems OK. I am left wondering though whether these are genuine or not given the poor state of the packaging

I needed a pair of Scarpa boots and were advertised as next day delivery, they arrived about 7 days later! Poor customer service on the delivery

Ordered a new Garmin Mini, replacing my power model. Arrived and was obviously an ex-display item, box was heavily damaged and that would affect what I would get selling on when I next upgrade. Asked for a token refund, I would have even accepted Nevisport vouchers, as I thought they were a great company. Nope. Point blank refusal. Great. It's 'customer service' like this that means Amazon wins and the high street dies.

Honestly, a shambles. I ordered two sleeping mats, identical ones. When I got the email for tracking the parcel, it showed only one had been despatched. I contacted Nevisport immediately to ask why this was and to have the other despatched to follow. Instead, with no option otherwise, they refunded me and told me to reorder the item. I couldn't just have it sent out on a separate order. So basically they cocked up, then didn't rectify it and took the path of least resistance. The real shame is that the order process was easy and delivery was extremely fast on the one item despatched correctly. Very frustrating experience!

Nevisports delivery agent DHL failed to deliver to my contact point, told untruths about an attempted home delivery, filed to send a pick up code to allow me to pick up the parcel ane could not be contacted other than by automated means which denied knowledge of teh order at all. Whilst this saga unravelled, Amazon, Royal Mail and UPS were all able to make successful deliveries to me fom other vendors. The product wa sgood as expected

The item I ordered from Nevisport was delivered in the wrong size and it turns out they didn't have the item in stock at all. Considering this was over 100 pounds I was vey disappointed. The returns process was good though.

Ski poles arrive slightly damaged with small chunk out of the grip. Won't affect use so chose not to return. They were not well packaged so might have happened in transit. Arrived promptly and a decent price

I placed an order for 2 items, then a few days later I received an email stating that one of the items were now not available. 9 days on from placing my order I am still yet to receive the remaining item from my order. This is a bit disappointing considering Nevisport are a reasonably local company

Instantly upon completing the order I realised I accidentally order a Navy Rossten, but I wanted a Washed Black. I immediately sent a request to your customersevices email address asking for the order to be CANCELED. Days later you replied that the order had already being processed. This was most unsatisfactory.

# Product Review The shoes arrived quickly, but showed clear signs of being used: laces were undone, tissue inserts were missing, and the packaging was tattered. Having previously ordered directly from the brand, the difference in condition was immediately noticeable.

First time using Nevisport. Slowest delivery time ever experienced from a UK online retailer. Slow communication response when chasing up un recieved order. Product was fine and fair price, but would not use again for reasons stated.
