Osprey Womens Tempest Backpack 26L DEEP FIG HOTSPOT PINK One Size, no tracking number given after 7 days. No reply to customer service emails requesting information or customer service contact number goes to voicemail. Eventually, raised a problem through my payment method and got a refund.

Parcel arrived with outer and inner packaging torn It looked like this was deliberate. The jacket was fortunately undamaged.

Very slow to deliver, very slow to respond to chase up email, confusing message when item did eventually come. In the middle of a returns process so unable to comment further on the service.

Ordered a jacket. After >7 days no info on the order being processed or jacket sent out. Sent an email query, pointless as they are still saying they are looking into it. I rang up to see what was going on to find order was stuck and hadn’t been processed. Subsequently jacket was sent. 5 days delay with dpd and jacket far too big despite size guide measurements. All in all a waste of time

I received my lovely new coat that I was so looking forward to wearing because my older coat was not warm anymore. But they left the security tag on it at a point where I couldn't get my hands fully into them pocket. I also couldn't use it because I was beeping when I left the shops and was checked in the event I stole something. It has been one week now since I wrote and sent pictures and I have had no response on solutions to deal with the security tag (it has three colour inks in it). I have been charged for this cost that I can't really use.

My scarpa boots arrived okay? Just waiting for the refund for the Pair that I return. Here is a message for you Nevisport managers. No point in sending you an email as I have already had my answer from customer service. Surely you can think out of the box when it comes to Customer Service. One of my laces busted the second time I tied it. I asked if you could just send me a pair of scarpa laces I was told to order them £5 that was okay but now I see £4.95 for postage. I will pay the £9.95 to get the laces because they can be posted through my door. Please note as I said they’ve already been polished with the scarpa cream. I was told I needed to return the whole order because that was policy. Surely it will be easier for you to send me a pair of laces instead of you paying someone to handle the returns even if you have to return it to the manufacturers. I took a picture of the laces the day they were busted.I explained to your very polite Customer Service agent why it was inconvenient for me to return the boots.

I ordered over £300 of products on 21/11/2025 and still have not received anything! Sent 2 emails, numerous phonecalls. No reply!!!! Will contact my bank to start investigation & refund. Disgraceful!!!!

The speed of delivery was good but the website did not show the true colour of the product so I had to pay to return it as the colour was not as expected.

Returned a coat which was delivered/collected on monday. Couldn't find a way to track the returns process so emailed. Waited 48 hours like their promised response time..nothing. gave them a call and was told didnt have it yet. Checked tracking again and they've signed for it so do have it. Tried to call again today at 15:50 waited 10 mins on hold to be cut off and told the opening hours of 8 - 5. Pretty poor customer service in my experience.

The fleece jacket was fine but too big so I returned it. Disappointed to have to pay delivery fees for purchase and return as free delivery only for items for over £79. There are plenty of other suppliers out there that don’t charge postage for purchase and returns and I will use one of them next time.

I bought a pain of shoes. Size yoo small so would wish to return them anyway for a half size larger, but the shoes were also damaged. That is probably due to manufacturing not you guys. The paint on the side of the sole didnt cover all of the lettering on one of the shoes. I wrote to customer services by email. Was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours to continue with the return process. That was 4 days ago and nobody has been in contact. I was given a reference 2888475. Could you look into it for me? Many thanks.

Ordered some shoes, no one was home when they were to be delivered and now I can't trace where the shoes were after requesting them be re-delivered to a local depot.
