How many Christmas’s were ruined? I understand if a company could have issues.. but weeeeeeks of no contact, no reply to emails or answering calls.. out of nowhere they cancel the order 2 days before Christmas! Unreal. I don’t know if this is a legit company but either way this is awful. I would not reccomend risking on buying from Nevis.

Don’t use this company, extremely poor customer service. I ordered on line boots for my wife for Christmas. Shown on line as in stock, I got an email back saying they were processing my order. 7 days later and now just a few days before Christmas I got an email saying they were processing a refund! I emailed them straight back asking why? I’ve had no response back.

Ordered on the 1st December. 22nd today and still no goods. Despite e mails and calls to customer service no one has bothered to get back to me. Absolutley usless. Just want a refund so I can order from a proper retailer.

Big hassle trying to get confirmation of returned item and even bigger hassle trying to get refund , customer service number that keeps you on hold then cuts off , or message saying a representative will call you back without asking for details ??…. Shame because this reflects on your whole company…. Disappointed ☹️

Fantastic product when it eventually arrived after three weeks of waiting and chasing. Absolutely terrible service from Nevis sport and the delivery by DHL were diabolical. I dont like to leave bad reviews but this is the worst service I've ever received. Such a shame because the product was brilliant and a great price.

I am leaving this response as I returned an item, but trying to speak with anyone either by email or phone has proved to be impossible. I am waiting for a refudn of £195 which is no small amount. I have ordered another item since in a different colour an very pleased with it. So Nevisport I would be grateful if you could please send through my refund, as I have proof of delivery back to yourselves.

Placed an order for my walking boots with Nevisport at the same time as placing an order for my husbands boots on another site. My husband’s boots arrived within 3 days. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from Nevisport so after a week I attempted to call to enquire what the hold up was. After four occasions of being on hold and the adviser putting the phone down I finally got through to an adviser who didn’t apologise or offer a timeframe for when my boots would arrive. The only advice given would be that they would arrive before the end of the week after. The boots were ordered on the 26.11.25 and arrived on the 11.12.25! Would have been helpful if we received updates by email. Then to top that the courier just left the boots on the front step! I was home no one knocked.

Ordered an item, told up to one week for delivery. Nothing arrived, 10 days passed. Multiple contacts which seem to log a ticket which doesn't go anywhere. I have had to order the item from elsewhere and currently battling to get a £125 refund. Poor customer experience all round.

Unfortunately my order has not arrived by DHL. There was little help from your Customer Support. A refund was requested but totally ignored. The order as made on 4th December and as at today's date still not been received. A very unhappy customer of Nevispor.

Shockingly bad service. After over two weeks, they still cant decide of they have stock of what I ordered, and NO progress whatsoever. Don't go any where near them.

I ordered a jacket in November with an estimated delivery time of 3 days. My card was charged, but Nevisport still has not delivered the jacket. I have sent multiple emails to Nevisport customer service. They eventually sent me a generic auto-generated response stating that they were having system issues that were causing delays with orders. I then received another auto-generated message stating they intended to close my query because I had not responded. Ridiculous. Looks like I will need to chargeback. Avoid this company.

Absolutely dreadful. No update since 25th November (now 15th December) no delivery yet! And once you wait on hold for half an hour to speak to someone they just ask you to call back! On hold for 40 mins today, still no answer or updates. Multiple emails ignored with no response at all.

The item was over 2 weeks late. I had no update from the company. I rang them every day for a week to be on hold for 30 mins each time. No one replied to any of my emails. I had a generic email saying they had problems with the system and that it was fixed and items were starting to be dispatched. I tried to call them again but again no answer so clearly there was nothing wrong with the systems. I did receive my parcel but nearly 3 weeks late. I ended up buying my item from somewhere else and now have two of the same item and have to organise a return on one. Not with Nevisport though as I doubt they will process my refund!!
