“This is the second time i’ve not received all of my order. I’ve not received my Rab hat. Very disappointed”

“I tried to contact you twice and both times I received no response. I asked the 2nd time if you could change the size 6's to a pair of 7's. You ignored my request and this was at least a week before you delivered the 6's, which are too small for my wife. We will now need to arrange to send them back and hopefully swap them for a pair of 7's. Unfortunate experience with Nevisport.”

“Ordered slim fit shirt but was sent classic fit instead. Raised issue with customer service, I had to return the wrong item to have order reshipped. Today I received the order and they have again sent out the classic fit shirt which I've just returned to them instead of the slim fit shirt.”

“Delivery had house number missing, so was returned to the depot.5 calls to DHL to try to sort, 4 promised delivery dates by DHL finally received 6 days after original attempt. Safe place provided to DHL, package left in full view on doorstep. Review was requested before the package had even been delivered. The tee shirts arrived very wrinkled as well.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with Tried to cancel an order befor it was dispatch told NO so I refused the delivery now still waiting for a refune weeks later. A set of robbing bastards”

“I haven't received my order. No update other than courier tracking status of delayed. Needed the item for this weekend, which is why I ordered well in advance... but £80 spent for nothing. Will give it until Monday then begin the process of refund and obviously shop elsewhere.”

“Nevis sport claims that my parcel has been delivered, when in fact I’m still waiting 9 days later. I’ve been sent countless emails from dhl with different claims that it’s been attempted to have been delivered, yet it’s still showing up in dhl as undelivered. I stay 150 miles from Inverness so I think 9 days and waiting is unacceptable for delivery or in this case non-delivery. Time that you changed your carrier. Unhappy to say the least.”

“I ordered two polo shirts from Nevisport, one arrived promptly, still waiting for the other to be delivered by DHL, they have just cancelled the delivery again for the third time. I sent DHL a message having waited nearly a week and they said they would deliver today before 22.00, only for them to cancel once again. It’s now been 11 days since I placed the order and over a week since DHL received the parcel, not impressed.”
