Never again will I use nevis sports, twice i have had orders refunded for not in stock despite showing instock when ordering. Also saying despatched when clearly it's not. Save you money and go somewhere else.

I have messaged and phoned and have been told my jacket is on it's way, I have still not received it. I would like a refund.

Boots arrived, only to be two different colours. One brown, one blue! Had to contact for return label. Sent items back only to find I couldn't get a replacement as it was out of stock. Quality control leaves a lit to be desired.

Ordered a pair of trainers in November which came quickly, but were too small, these had to be sent back for a refund as they would not exchange and I reordered another bigger pair, it took various emails in order to get a refund for the first pair.. the bigger size I ordered then split leaving them in a state I couldn’t wear, I was told to send back for inspection, this I did on the 13th December 2024, I have as yet not received any feedback whatsoever on if they have received them or if they have reviewed the situation.. so I have paid £154 for a pair of damaged trainers that I have not yet had a replacement for.. very very disappointed with the whole situation

Still haven't received my order has been bouncing around in DHL delivery depot for the last 2 weeks and dread to think what condition it will be in when it finally arrives. Was supposed to be a Christmas for my son. But went out today to buy him a alternative gift.

The jacket I bought has a damaged pocket zipper, this reflects very poorly on your store and the quality of your services.

I still haven't received my order even though I am being told I have. I have asked for proof of delivery and the courier just has a picture of the parcel. I have phoned twice now and this issue still isn't solved. I was told after my first call it should be sorted within 24 hours. I can't get a refund as even though there is no proof of delivery, they don't know where the package is. This was suppose to be a Christmas present. I don't actually believe the company knows what has happened to the package. I will never buy from this company again. I didn't buy from the courier company, I bought from Nevisport who are responsible for me getting what I paid for, or should give me a full refund. I ordered on the 4 Dec so 2 weeks ago and this is still not resolved.

Poor. Very cheap prices, free delivery over £79. pointless as it took nearly 7 days to deliver in 2x parcels...waste of time. They use DHL which are by far the worst and most useless courier ever. They failed to send an item I ordered but billed me anyway. I tried for a week to get some soort of customer service but nobody replied to my "ticket" I had to call. AVOID.

I am still waiting to receive this jacket which I ordered on 29th November, I have emailed to find out where the item is but still waiting for a response this is a Christmas present for my son. This is extremely poor service

Taken payment on the 2nd of December and recieved confirmation of order. Nothing else has been received, no conformation of shipping. Written to complain to customer services and still no response. Non existant communication.

Nevisport via email, invited me to write a report on an item I ordered Dec 02 which according to them I have received. Well I haven't as of Dec 13 and on checking their courier: status is shipped. Terrible communication.

Very slow delivery 13days from order emailed head office to chase order no reply after 4days . Phoned store in Kendal who posted the order out. Was told will look into it . The next day I expected a phone call but I had to ring the store again who advised me to ring head office where they tracked the order & apparently parcel force had tried to deliver it several times to me but NEVER left a card to say so ??? I now have to go & collect it myself . Absolute rubbish parcel force

I cancelled my order within 24 hours of ordering. 4 days later, Nevisport hadn't replied to my e-mail nor shipped my order. Then they shipped it. And later emailed to say that it was too late to cancel. Returning the goods cost me £3. Its been a week and still no refund. I won't be shopping with Nevisport again.
