“How many Christmas’s were ruined? I understand if a company could have issues.. but weeeeeeks of no contact, no reply to emails or answering calls.. out of nowhere they cancel the order 2 days before Christmas! Unreal. I don’t know if this is a legit company but either way this is awful. I would not reccomend risking on buying from Nevis.”

“Don’t use this company, extremely poor customer service. I ordered on line boots for my wife for Christmas. Shown on line as in stock, I got an email back saying they were processing my order. 7 days later and now just a few days before Christmas I got an email saying they were processing a refund! I emailed them straight back asking why? I’ve had no response back.”

“Ordered on the 1st December. 22nd today and still no goods. Despite e mails and calls to customer service no one has bothered to get back to me. Absolutley usless. Just want a refund so I can order from a proper retailer.”

“Ordered my walking boots online for the first time, usually bought inshore. Waited 7 working days and nothing, tried calling 3 times, always busy, emailed and told someone would get back to me. Finally got through on the phone and Gemma said the order had never been processed, just in limbo, asked if I wanted a refund or carry on with order, told her I would like the order, and would gave to wait another 7 days, DHL emailed to say they were on the way, but then, just kept saying we'll let me know, had to direct it to a store as the parcel was arriving whilst I was at a funeral, so another two days wait, went in the store on the off chance and the boots were already there, Finally, as I collected them, got an email to say they were ready. Gonna go back to buying inshore, alot easier”

“Osprey Womens Tempest Backpack 26L DEEP FIG HOTSPOT PINK One Size, no tracking number given after 7 days. No reply to customer service emails requesting information or customer service contact number goes to voicemail. Eventually, raised a problem through my payment method and got a refund.”

“Big hassle trying to get confirmation of returned item and even bigger hassle trying to get refund , customer service number that keeps you on hold then cuts off , or message saying a representative will call you back without asking for details ??…. Shame because this reflects on your whole company…. Disappointed ☹️”

“Fantastic product when it eventually arrived after three weeks of waiting and chasing. Absolutely terrible service from Nevis sport and the delivery by DHL were diabolical. I dont like to leave bad reviews but this is the worst service I've ever received. Such a shame because the product was brilliant and a great price.”

“I am leaving this response as I returned an item, but trying to speak with anyone either by email or phone has proved to be impossible. I am waiting for a refudn of £195 which is no small amount. I have ordered another item since in a different colour an very pleased with it. So Nevisport I would be grateful if you could please send through my refund, as I have proof of delivery back to yourselves.”

“Placed an order for my walking boots with Nevisport at the same time as placing an order for my husbands boots on another site. My husband’s boots arrived within 3 days. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from Nevisport so after a week I attempted to call to enquire what the hold up was. After four occasions of being on hold and the adviser putting the phone down I finally got through to an adviser who didn’t apologise or offer a timeframe for when my boots would arrive. The only advice given would be that they would arrive before the end of the week after. The boots were ordered on the 26.11.25 and arrived on the 11.12.25! Would have been helpful if we received updates by email. Then to top that the courier just left the boots on the front step! I was home no one knocked.”
