“Tried to return about doesn’t fit I’m a disabled veteran that can ill afford £140 and was told to bog off basically”

“The product and delivery was good however their google add said free delivery till 14/7 and they would not honour this and customer services were just unhelpful and blunt. So won't buy from them again.”

“Terrible service. Incorrect delivery information had to contact for details, Nevisport saying delivered to DHL, DHL stating not received. When finally received the delivery completely the wrong item. Now waiting for Nevisport to contact me back to explain and refund me. Will never buy from here again.”

“Item was never shipped initially - when chased via email shipping tracking number was given didn’t work. After chasing via email, still no response. In the end had to call in which they advised my item was never actually posted in the first place! Awful service and I still haven’t received my order! Nearly 2 weeks later! No refund or discounts given for my inconvenience”

“We ordered two pairs of shorts within a day of each other. We have received on pair of shorts. Yet to receive the others pair. The courier has said there is a delay. I have raised this with you the other day and you have yet to reply. So on that basis, I can’t give you a good review”

“Ordered 3 t-shirts and 2 were fine but the other not as described or depicted. I immediately e-mailed Customer Service to ask how I could return the incorrect item without charge but have still heard nothing a week later. Really poor customer service which means I won't be buying from them again.”

“I have not received my order. It seems to be stuck in a DHL loop as they keep returning it to the depot (5 times now!) without even attempting to deliver it. I now have zero faith that it will arrive. Very frustrating.”

“My parcel was left at the entrance to my building and went missing by the time I went to collect. This after I arranged to WFH all day so that I could be home to receive the parcel. I understand this is beyond Nevisport's control, however I am disappointed to still be waiting for a reply from Nevisport 6 days after reporting the issue (7 days after I reported it to the courier company who have also yet to respond).”

“I haven't received my order and you've sent me a review email. DHL have been poor with emails. I have had them days after parcel was meant to be delivered. Then misinformation about where the parcel is. I even emailed yourselves trying to get information. Not a service I'd recommend. Hopefully my order will be delivered today, though I'm not holding my breath.”

“I am very disappointed with these mountain shoes. For quality very good, but for comfort a big round zero 0. For 10 minutes of walking in them the front part of the foot is all in calluses hard, narrow, there are edges that kill the little toe and it is a pain. I ordered size 37 UK 4 but they were too small and I returned them. I ordered 38 size UK5.”

“Not too sure who was at fault, Nevis or the courier DHL but neither the 2 of them would confirm where my package was. DHL tracking said my package had been collected, the following day the said they had no knowledge of my consignment. The next 3 days the tracking displayed "delayed". On asking Nevis if DHL had collected my package, I was advised it's a 3-7 days delivery, if it's not there by 7th day get back to them. Awful service. Wont be using them or DHL again.”

“Terrible company to deal with. Item not received. Nevisport say they sent it out, courier say they have not received it. 11 days later I have no item and no refund. Customer service are no help and just read off a script and fob you off, keep saying it will arrive even though DHL say they do not have the item. I’m in limbo not even so much as a sorry.”
