“Excellent service from Nevisport following a mix up with the delivery company. There was a delay despite Nevisport passing to the courier on the day of order. I eventually got my shoes and very pleased with them although had to go up a size. Nevisport were great. A return/ refund was processed quickly and efficiently.”

“The walking boots arrived in good time and great quality, but unfortunately I didn't realise Scarpa boots come up small/narrow compared to usual UK sizing, so had to return.”

“I love my new boots they are great! But the delivery was delayed and I had to email to find out where my boots were. There was no tracking available for me to track my package either. The tracking number given to me did not work. They parcel was left in the black box outside my house but they did not ring the doorbell so therefor I didn’t know they were there until the following day. More communication around delivery is needed and more care in the delivery process please. Aldo the telephone number on the website let ringing and there was no answer at all. When I received the email the number there was different so I think it may need up dating on the website. Thank you.”

“I have ordered 3 goretex jackets on separate occasions in January 2024. 1 I had to return due to the size being too small. Both delivery and returns were quick and easy and the quality has been excellent. Thoroughly recommended 👌”

“The site crashed 3 times but still rang through 3 jackets. Only 1 verification Email So I subsequently had to send 2 back , even the one in transit Nuisance going to the post office and cost me £7”

“Nevisport was excellent however the delivery was poor as I checked on the tracker which identified I had received the delivery however no notification I had to go and pick it up from the post office”
