“Boots very good, but delivery poor with Parcelforce. No communication from Parcelforce it was only by luck checking the email I received from you I could see they had tried to deliver. There was no card left, and I had to wait for the third attempt before I could redirect to local drop off point, then had to wait another 3 days before I could collect. My previous order was delivered by DHL, the communication was so much better than Parcelforce.”

“Hello, I sent the email below last Saturday with a photoand still awaitng any reply. The seam on the front left boot is not finished well, uneven join and protrudes. See pictures. I really like the boots. Please advise if you can replace them before I return. I don’t want to spend this much money on boots which are not perfect when new. Thanks for your help. Barbara”

“I received a faulty pair of walking trousers from Nevisport. I have spent the past 7 days trying to contact them by telephone and by email, and cannot get a response from anybody. Their telephone number rings out and eventually disconnects at all times of the day. Nobody responds to emails. I am reluctantly now pursuing a chargeback through my credit card company. It was my first time ordering from Nevisport and will be my last. It's not their fault the trousers were faulty - that's outside of their control. Their awful, non-existent customer service is entirely their fault though - avoid them at all costs.”

“I ordered a jacket online as the price seemed very competitive. Unfortunately when it arrived it was a different style to what was pictured on the website. I tried to call their customer support number several times over a couple of days but it just rang out. I eventually took the item back to my nearest store who arranged for it to be returned and my refund was back with me in a couple of days. On a side note, the store were not overly complimentary of the online service and advised that their online customer service team only consisted of 1 person. Overall I’d say their prices are reasonable but the customer service is poor.”
