The returns policy and method is straightforward. I am also happy with the service from the company at every stage of my transaction. “Great product, great price. Item arrived in expected timeframe. Jacket was just put in delivery envelope, very snug with no other packaging, so when I opened the package, the scissors scraped fabric of the jacket, which was a bit surprising. Good job the scissors weren't overly sharp. Good for the environment but it did lightly scratch the fabric on the arm.”

“First order was too large so took it back to local shop. The assisstant could not have been more helpful. He had it returned and I was able to reorder the smaller size whi ch arrived very quickly.”

“Must have been a busy time of year as there was no communication from them for a week after the order was placed and I was waiting for some delivery news, so I emailed.. they replied saying that some of the order was the order was no longer in stock but the rest had been sent (useless for me) .. I tried to call.. no response... so I emailed asking to chat to see if I could change the order.. another useless e-mail... very disappointed.”

“The climbing shoes I needed were cheaper at Nevisport than anywhere else, plus they had all the sizes available unlike most other places. Shoes arrived a day earlier than expected within a specified time slot. Great products, great prices and speedy delivery. Very pleased and will be buying from here again.”
