I love my new boots they are great! But the delivery was delayed and I had to email to find out where my boots were. There was no tracking available for me to track my package either. The tracking number given to me did not work. They parcel was left in the black box outside my house but they did not ring the doorbell so therefor I didn’t know they were there until the following day. More communication around delivery is needed and more care in the delivery process please. Aldo the telephone number on the website let ringing and there was no answer at all. When I received the email the number there was different so I think it may need up dating on the website. Thank you.
