“Nice looking quality boots. Very comfortable on long dog walks. Not used in thexwet yet but in very icy conditions, keep my feet nice and warm.”

“Delivered on time as promised. Bit disappointed in the packaging as wetsuit but not protested, just in a thin Jiffy bag, so arrived with a nick I need to repair. To be fair not approached them about it. Otherwise, no issues at all…would use again.”

“I ordered two items and was told one was out of stock and I would be refunded which duly happened the next day. The "out of stock" item arrived that day, but I'm still waiting for the other more expensive item. I emailed multiple times and tried 15 times in 6 hours to get through on the help line with no response. Mistakes happen, but so far the customer service to sort it out has been very very poor.”

“Boots arrived quickly, sadly didn’t fit. I paid the return them. Navisport refunded money as soon as they received them back. Unlike other online companies who make you wait 2 weeks”
