My order would have arrived quite quickly if it had been delivered to my address. Unfortunately DHL, the delivery service doesn’t seem to recognise all addresses. Not a reliable delivery service unfortunately.

Great product, really happy with my new boots. But when I placed the order it said that the boots were out of stock so I planned on ordering them from elsewhere. Luckily, something came up and I didn't place the other order as I would have had two pairs as to my surprise, I then received an email to tell me to expect a delivery!

Bought Rabs vest - circus flex on L, all labels were showing L but found item fits Like M. Went to competetive shop and tried same produt in L, all good. Had to organise extra vist to nevisport shop in city to return item (manufacturing issue) and eventually purchased elsewhere. Return process was smooth but shame no compensation offer (wee voucher) for hassle

Only 3 out of 5 because they use Parcelforce to deliver who are without doubt the worst courier service out there

The delivery times can vary between items that you'd think would go at the same time, but I'm guessing that's because the inventory is in different stores over the country, but all my items have arrived eventually so it's fine and they have stuff you can't get in other stores or only on import so.

Hat is brilliant and Nevisport were fine but Delivery service is poor paying £4.95 to get the product 6 days later when it was in stock. Parcel force need to up there game!

Unfortunately the flip flops that I thought I ordered were not the colour on the website confirmed by customer support so I’ve had to send them back very disappointing for me but customer support were very good and quick to see the mistake on their website so just waiting for a refund 😞

I have today sent the walking boots back as they did not fit correctly I was appalled I had to pay £11.50 to return them. I was not happy

Delivery was prompt but unfortunately the boots I ordered were not suitable as they rubbed on my ankles. I was disappointed that I had to pay delivery and also pay to return them so it cost me £10 for the privilege of trying on a pair of boots one delivery charge is fine but not two! and for that reason I will not be ordering from nevisport again.

Items not adequately described. One arrived "regular fit" and the other arrived "wide fit". No choice offered at point of sale and nothing in the description to have advised

The DLX coat I bought was brilliant and a superb price. What left a sting in the tail was the security tag being left in the pocket. This caused a 1.5 hr return journey to the nearest Nevisport store to have it removed!!

It was a bit of a shock that I had to pay over £10 to return the Parka coat that I had purchased (as it was too small). Other than that it was OK service however I won't use the company again due to the returns policy.

First item did not arrive or should I say I didn’t get it apparantly left on door step.However quick to address this matter and another was shipped at speed. Not sure how I feel about the item slightly disappointed, zip tricky several attempts at zipping up , second day of wear lots of tiny feathers are coming out of it . So am not totally happy luckily this coat was in the sale . After seeing it I would definitely not have paid full price . The faux fur trim around the hood is very heavy it does not feel nice when the hood is upon constantly dropping down over the face . Sorry but that is my take on this coat and I wish I had kept my Northface . The fabric I can imagine will click / snag very easily Joanna

The delivery time was good but what’s not so good is the listing and even this survey suggests you get 2 lights that’s not the case I could have got one light cheaper elsewhere

Products delivered within time frame advised. I needed to return a couple of items. I live close to the returns address and tried to return by hand, partly for reasons of cost, partly as courier services and royal mail are unreliable atm. Disappointed to be told I had to post back goods and could not deliver by hand. Not the service I expect from an otherwise professional business.

Ordering was adequate, but the courier service by DHL was appalling. I had to go to their depot & collect my parcel, otherwise I would not have received it before Christmas. As I am disabled & chronically ill, this was extremely difficult. I buy online, as I am not able to go out shopping.

Camp beds ordered as present for grandchildren. Once delivered they looked fine but….48hr delivery by Parcel force was appalling. Eventually received 15 days after ordering but PF had the package 4days after ordering. The package was on the van according to tracking info but never delivered and when I rang Nevisport help line two days before Christmas got no reply. Eventually I got through to a Parcel Force number and was dismissed with ‘expect it will be with you some time after 28th Dec now’. Think Nevisport should look at that as they are paying for something they are not getting. When delivered the packaging was split, damaged on corners and twisted. Fortunately the beds seem ok: lucky. Would think twice before buying from Nevisport again.
