“Goggles received safely in a few days but were no good. The atomic information is misleading as the goggles are very small”

“My only complaint is that I ordered an item for my son for Christmas to be emailed 4 or 5 days later telling me it was out of stock. I should not have been able to order it in the first place.”

“Website and the ordering of products was easy and just like all modern online retailers. The fact that my boots took 10 days to arrive was disappointing and no explanation was offered- I guess being slow and not caring about the customer is how you operate”

“I have ordered 2 jackets only 1 arrived although 2 were on the invoice took days to get to speak to somebody. Finally got through after emails were ignored a week later and still no 2nd jacket”

“Jacket was fine though they use DHL that had my parcel delivered 6 days late. Not happy with that at all as it disrupted my work having to stay in to get it.”

“Trespass Coat ordered in Lge size 14 . Coat was nice , but sizing well small . Fit size 10 ( my daughter ) Annoying as paid for delivery and returns . Won’t order from here again”

“These slippers are warm and comfortable, but the soles have absolutely no grip, and as such are dangerous to wear on smooth or wet surfaces.”

“Bought Ski Boots, which were supposed to be normal alpine soles and got GW soles instead. There was no GW sign in the name of the boots online (the other models always have GW sign) so I went ahead with the order. Had to spend another GBP 30 for a set of alpine soles to replace GW soles. Could have bought the same boots cheaper elsewhere with GW soles... Delivery was quick though.”

“The order took quite a while to arrive. I ordered size 10 trousers but actually got size 6 which was no use and it stated that there was not an option for exchange of size so quite disappointing as i had a voucher code so if i was to order these again I would not of got my discount. The jacket i ordered was quite neat so had to return that also. I managed to find the jacket cheaper else where and ordered that with delivery within 2 days.”

“Nevis sport were very good at keeping me informed about my order, that they had received it and when it was dispatched so my score would have been a 5 star unfortunately the boots I bought for my daughter the size she always wears are too small and will have to be returned.”

“My order would have arrived quite quickly if it had been delivered to my address. Unfortunately DHL, the delivery service doesn’t seem to recognise all addresses. Not a reliable delivery service unfortunately.”

“Great product, really happy with my new boots. But when I placed the order it said that the boots were out of stock so I planned on ordering them from elsewhere. Luckily, something came up and I didn't place the other order as I would have had two pairs as to my surprise, I then received an email to tell me to expect a delivery!”
