“Having to pay for delivery and then again to return something and once again for delivery if you like the product but needed to swap sizes, which is what happened, would put me off buying from you again. You should at least offer exchanges.”

“Bought a pir of North Face trousers and had to pay for delivery. They didn't fit so had to send them back and pay for return delivery. Cost me nearly £10 with nothing to show for it so would put me off buying anything online from your company again.”

“The online shop is great and easy to use, and I love the North Face jacket; I was really pleased to find Nevisport. However I was surprised when the jacket arrived, it was just sent creased in a carrier bag and a postage bag. I would hope more care is taken, especially if I invest in outdoor gear that I intend to take care of and make last as long as possible. Thank you, Jen”

“Great clothes but nevisport never properly attached my address to the parcel meaning I got it 5 days late after 2 missed drop offs to the wrong address and 2 days posting strike followed by a chance encounter at parcel force so obviously wasn’t impressed by that.”

“Thé jacket was far to big and I had to pay to return it. The model on the pic had the jacket at waist hight while the one I ordered was half thigh. Fast refund and fast delivery”

“I wasn't made aware that the order was on its way and so I wasn't ready for parcelforce to deliver. When I finally got tracking info I still found it difficult to get the items delivered. Customer service did try to help. I finally got the items delivered after several attempts.”

“Very poor that you cannot return a product to store. Given the bulky nature of the item I’d bought online, posting was very expensive (and my nearest post office is far away). It would have been more convenient to return to store.”

“It was quick delivery, well packaged etc. But unfortunately I was sent the wrong item. I was sent return labels quickly but they did not have a replacement available. So it was good customer service but I can't give 5 stars.”
