Very slow delivery. Probably would only use again if not relying on delivery being on time. Certainly not as stated.

I ordered a pair of boots from Nevis Sport and it took 13 days for them to arrive at my door. Only 6/13 days was the fault of Nevis Sport, DHL managed the other 7 days. The boots had to travel 550 miles, so they travelled an average of about 42 miles/day from the point of ordering to the front door. I rang Nevis Sport customer services after about 4 days and they were very helpful. They’ve earned this three star review. The rest of the delay was the fault of DHL.

Excellent website. With a great range of products at affordable prices. The staff in the shop are excellent too, being really knowledgeable and friendly. This should be a five star review, but using DHL as a delivery is crazy! They are total garbage and really put me off, from purchasing. I have gone elsewhere sometimes just because of the delivery choices. Please add ‘collect at store’ or the Royal Mail to your website and save your customers the stress of having to use DHL!

Prompt delivery. I have returned the jacket as too large. I was a bit disappointed that I had to use the label on the invoice and then pay postage to return the item without doing the usual on line return process used by other companies.

Very happy with website, product description, price, product itself and sales process. Not at all happy with delivery via DHL. Their e-mails were very confusing. Got an e-mail on Wednesday telling me delivery would be day before (Tuesday) then saying it was delayed. Raised a query with Nevisport 'cos it felt like a scam but no response. Annoying! Parcel arrived after 10 days witha label saying re-delivery so where it had been, I know not. However, worth waiting for as shoes have gone straight in to use and are just what I was looking for. I bought from Clarks for years but their quality and range is now very poor.

Whilst I'm very pleased with the jacket I purchased, the delivery was awful, hence the 3 stars. The courier sent 3 emails concerning deliveries. The first two were given dates but no specific time window & the package was returned to the depot on both occasions at the end of the day without being delivered. A third date was given with a 1hr window at the end of the day, which was an improvement but I then received a notification saying that they were unable to deliver that day and it would be the following day, again with no timeframe. Surprisingly, the packet finally arrived the same evening despite the previous message stating they would deliver the following day! This experience would certainly put me off ordering any item from your store again sadly.

The bags themselves are brilliant quality, as expected from a reputable brand. They feel very sturdy and practical, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, despite faultless shipment and order information, I'm quite disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered two orange bags, but instead received one dark green and one dark grey. This colour discrepancy is a significant letdown.

Shoes pinch around the toes, very disappointed, I wish companies state the "fit" with shoes ordered online. I always thought Merrell were "wide" fitting, but I was totally wrong! Wasteful £72!!!

Order process was fine. Price was good. Product was good. Delivery was terrible. Delivered by DHL. I asked for delivery to a local pick up point. I was told it needed signing for. I was informed it had been delivered. Went to pick up point but not there. Eventually found it tossed over a wall in my front garden. So Nevisport great. Delivery terrible.

All delivered on time and in good condition. Problem, security tag fixed to bag so we have to take to an outlet to get it removed

Hi I recieved my trousers but unfortunately I had to sent them back as it was the wrong size . I ordered a size 16 reg and the trouser label was a size 12 .

Hmmm 🤔. New customer here and not a great initial purchasing experience. Ordered some La Sportiva boots on 25th March (payment taken at time of order). No alternative options for delivery - just free (as over £79) delivery within 3-7 working days. Received order confirmation and not a sausage until I chased up the order on 31st March, with issues with their store printer cited for the delay in dispatch. To be fair to Nevisport, a timely response was received to all of my enquiries, however not always tallying up with the reality. Long story short, on 9th April after issues with their courier DHL, my order arrived intact (always a good thing) and as expected. If you are in a hurry, order elsewhere…

To be honest i wasnt happy that purchase a product that was faulty, but i have to say the service was brilliant and it was very straight forward. Also, i got my refund but sometimes stuff happens and it no blame to Nevisports...just a faulty item came

Two pairs of ski boots bought in sale at great price. Delivered in timeline stated. Only concern the boxes were only wrapped in thin plastic and not in a protective box or packaging. The plastic was ripped and both boxes had damage. Normally wouldn't be an issue but have to return them and obviously there could be an argument over returning in original condition. Hoefully won't be an issue. Have used Nevisport regularly for ski and outdoor equipment and this is the first time there has been an issue, so would still recommend.

Unfortunately I had to chase the order up which transpired had not been dispatched. Following the this the transaction was smooth and quick.
