Unfortunately I ordered to a mis-typed address (which I accept was completely my fault). I have contacted Nevisport via email, the online form and by phone and I have not had a response at all. I have contatced the carrier who cannot do anything as it has to be confirmed by the sender. The parcel was returned to sender and sent straight back out again to the non-existent address. I am sorry to put a negative review given that the initial mistake was my fault, but I don't seem to have any other option.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Terrible experience ! Ordered a RAB jacket in 2XL However, the system decided I needed a small ??? Tried to exchange but was told that you do not offer exchanges. Absolutely useless ! Definitely do NOT recommend.

Still awaiting refunds from previously purchased items. Refunds still not arrived. When purchasing more pair, there is no option to have replacements...but refunds seem a long time being refunded. Infact still waiting. Not greatly pleased!

i ordered skis and poles, they cancelled by skis, advising they were out of stock (can still be purchased online) but sent the poles without checking with me if I would still like the poles. Given they could not fulfil the order of skis, I would have ordered the poles from another retailer who stocked the skis I wanted. Awful communication and disaponting first purchase.

I never recieved my order yet the money was taken from my account. I emailed customer services twice and never got a reply. Absolute scammers. Please avoid.

Ordered an item which shows as in-stock on the website & it never arrived but the other products did without notification. Customer support staff slow to respond and unhelpful - product is still showing as in-stock online.

Item arrived damaged emailed customer service on the day I received order with photos of damage didn’t get any response for several days had to ring customer service to ask what was happening was told they were understaffed and busy and that I had to return the item he agreed to email return label over to me which did not happen, so then got in touch with PayPal to open dispute case. Received an email day or two later saying please find attached return label which wasn’t there, had to phone again to speak to another member of staff who sent the return label over so it was 10 days before I was able to get this damaged item on its way back to you. God only knows how long it will be before I receive my refund. So Hope you can understand why I only gave 1 Star. Not to mention I had to phone again to ask a member of your staff for a return drop off point. Thanks Chris.

The Incorrect item advertised online. When it arrived it was a lesser lumen strength and wrong colour. It took a few emails to get a return and refund resolved.

Abysmal service. Ordered a product, received a delivery with the item missing only to then receive an email 8 hours after the delivery advising the item was out of stock. Raised a complaint with customer service, was happy to take another size but they had raised the prices overnight and would not honour the initial fee. Would avoid shopping here at all costs

Ordered a pair of shoes and done cleaning products. Only the shoes have arrived. Two emails sent asking where the other product is but no replies. Sent a third email in response to the survey request and no reply to that. Spending far too long chasing ghosts. Not a very customer focussed company. Can’t recommend thus far.

Avoid!! Take your business elsewhere as this company does not comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015! Failed to delivery my item and then refused to refund unless I completed DHL paperwork!!! My contract was with Nevisport not DHL. I had to go through my bank to get a refund as Sarra from “Customer Service” (absolute joke!) stated there was no complaints policy and, despite stating that it was ‘company policy’, she couldn’t provide said policy and apparently didn’t have a manager to escalate the complaint to. Lying bunch of thieves!!! Plenty of reputable companies to shop with so avoid these fraudsters like the plague

Online shopping experience was absolutely terrible. Bought product, didn't come on time despite having phoned before purchase to check it would, and they said it would. The size bore no relation to reality. Returned the item to the store in Aviemore as we happened to be there & spent around £300 on something different. Refund has still not come weeks later. Customer service phone line rings out. All seems a lttle bit scammy - will not be ordering online from them ever again - Guys in the Aviemore store were very good and will definitely use them again.
