You still haven't sent my second jacket we need these last week for a trip to Scotland ive received one which i am sending back awful customer services ordered 2 coats through klarna sending this one back recorded delivery and when I finally receive the second coat that's going back awful services never will order again.

Ordered twice from Nevisport, first time one item was missing second time I had to chase them several times as they didnt bother sending the goods. - total waste of space

On receiving a silver compass it contained a large bubble. As an outdoor company I was upset at the lack of obvious quality control for a safety device before sending out. This was ordered for an outdoor event leaving me without a workable basic safety device. I expect better from an outdoor firm

I am writing to express concerns about the communication process. The updates I received were inconsistent and often delayed, which caused frustration and uncertainty about when the matter would be resolved. I hope this feedback will encourage improved communication practices moving forward. I am grateful to ARMSTRONGPAVE.ORG for their eventual role in resolving the issue

I ordered walking boots online for my wife’s birthday. They said they would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. I kept tracking the order which said ‘received in warehouse’ two days before the birthday I rang them because I was concerned, on checking they said that they don’t actually have them in stock and would refund me in 3 to 5 days, leaving me without the present or the cash to buy something else. If I hadn’t have phoned then goodness knows how long they would have kept stringing me along. Be very wary about placing an order with this company.

Duplicated my order. Then made it difficult to claim refund, refusing to take responsibility for the duplicate order. Still awaiting refund, and a response to my email. Would not use this company again.

Product was great but too small. Engaged with customer services several times both on the phone and by email and was led a merry dance about a replacement larger jacket which included being offered a 15% discount code only to find that that code was only valid on full priced stock, not the jacket I wanted to exchange. Ended up having to pay more for the replacement plus the cost of returning the jacket. All in all a very poor service.

You accepted an order and payment for an out of stock item. You cancelled part of the order but refused to cancel the remainder, even though it hadn’t been picked or dispatched. You then said I would have to return the part order that was supplied and you would waive the fee. No such offer appeared. Would have great concern dealing with you in future.

I haven’t received a thing I’ve been on the phone to your customer services complaining for days with no outcome. I will not be ordering again from you I will try and make sure nobody else does. Your service is appalling. To send an email asking for a review for the service I’ve had after receiving my item is an absolute pisstake. Shame on you
