“Do not use this company. I am still waiting for a rab microlight jacket at £132, 14 days after ordering. Hasn’t even been dispatched. I have made 3 calls and was told today it will still be sometime before item is dispatched. I asked for a refund but was told this couldn’t be generated immediately while I was in the phone and it would be done sometime this week. Totally unacceptable”

“Terrible service. Still waiting on my refund after sending my parcel on the 19th of November. Unable to contact customer services, phone turned off with message about hrs even though I phoned at 13:20 on Friday 28th November. Worst service I’ve ever had”

“This request for a review comes after sending me a jacket when I ordered boots then telling me the boots I ordered were no longer in stock. Telling me to send the jacket back before I can receive a refund. Jacket arrived back at your depot yesterday (Royal Mail tracked) and I still haven't received the refund how do you think you have done on this service? Utter garbage”

“I ordered four items but only received two. I have written to customer services but have yet to hear from them. You have asked me to review two Cotopaxi 3L Travel CubesCubes. I can't as I haven't yet recieved them. I did receive the two 5L Travel which are very good and I can certainly recommend them.”

“I never write negative reviews but it is now 10 days since I placed an order and it has still not arrived. I have contacted customer service and am still waiting for a reply. Not sure if the problem is due to Nevisport or the delivery company but either way I am an unhappy customer.”

“I’d love to leave a review of my items, but they haven’t been delivered yet (order was placed 11 days ago with the promise of 48hr delivery). I have been in contact with nevisport customer services twice about this - a trite and insincere apology was given - but no discount, no refund and no alternative or replacement items offered.”

“The third time that I have worn these la sportiva ultra raptor II boots and they are leaking in water at the heal area, you cannot now wearthem in the rain. They are a great fit and very comfortable to walk in but definitely not waterproof.”
