I never received my order. Parcel Force returned it to its origin without contacting me. Your customer service has not responded to my request for a solution either.

Customer service is useless. I've tried to phone multiple times and it just rings out. I've sent 3 emails and not had one response! I just want to know if you've sent me the correct trainers or not as otherwise I'll be forced to send them back. Would be good if someone could make an effort to get back to me please.

No order confirmation received. Chased up with customer service who told me they couldn’t locate my order using my email address, but I then received a dispatch notification to the same email address. Item received was incorrect but offered to keep the item for partial refund of price difference. No response to my offer so sent them item back. Comms were sporadic. Wouldn’t use again unfortunately.

Like TrustPilot reviews say, there is no way of getting an update on my order. The phoneline just rings out and you are left days without knowing what is going on. I wish I read the reviews on TrustPilot before ordering. Very frustrating experience and I wont use this company again.

The bag was great and it was delivered to my collection point quickly BUT the low score is a result of the terrible experience with collection. My bag was at the service point however they wouldn't give it to me without the collection code. I understand that but this was never sent to me by you or DHL. I spent 24 hours being diverted to multiple companies/people to try and get the code with everyone passing the buck. Even the DHL app was conflicting, saying it was 'ready for collection' on one screen and 'out for delivery' on the next.

Product arrived broken. Connected to customer support to advise and have not had a reply five days later. The second product received had some grit in it from the first product being broken, which makes it barely usable. Reordered elsewhere as needed urgent.

Item advertised on the website is not what was sent. I have emailed to complain about I have been misslead and have not had a reply. Not very impressed at all.

I returned a pair of shoes using their pre-addressed returns slip and sent recorded delivery. It is now 3 weeks since they received my returned shoes but I've had no acknowledgement or reply or refund. I've emailed customer services twice (no response) and have repeatedly tried to call the customer service number listed on their website and every time it has rung out and eventually cut me off. I've tried direct messaging on FB, Twitter and Instagram and they don't respond other than an automated message saying to email them! They now have my shoes AND my money!!! Avoid like the plague...

Order was sent to the courier promptly. Awful service from the courier. The order was placed on the van for delivery on two days running but taken back to the depot stating unable to access the property but left no calling card as was required. Managed to speak to DHL who admitted when challenged that the driver had not attended our property but rather had been unable to find it. Asked DHL why the courier had not telephoned for directions stated initially that the delivery driver was not allowed to telephone customers but then stated that drivers were not issued with work mobiles so it was at their discretion that they could use their own mobiles. I emailed Nevisport twice last week after the non-delivery and received a response today!! I also tried to telephone Nevisport on numerous occasions but there was no reply, the number simply rang and rang before finally cutting me off. On Friday last week in desperation, I rang Nevisport HO who took the details and promised to get someone to call me back, but no one ever did. The order was finally delivered 6 days late, no thanks to Nevisport. Quite frankly the whole episode was dreadfully stressful, useless courier service and equally useless customer service support by Nevisport. Frankly, I would have to think long and hard before purchasing from Nevisport again nor would I recommend the company to anyone.

I’ve been asked to leave a review but my order was received faulty and needs returning. I have emailed the customer service and tried ringing but no one answers the phone even though it says you have to contact customer service for faulty items. Still no response on emails either. Disappointing really considering how much I’ve spent.

Don't like leaving a poor review, however, I ordered the Black Diamond Womens Harness set and only received the harness. I have left numerous emails for you guys to get back to me and sort out the issue to no avail. All my pervious orders have been excellent without any problems.

I have not received my parcel - the tracking shows it was delivered to someone in Aberdeen - nowhere near where I live. I am still awaiting a reply from customer services.
