“The jacket I received was BLUE, but I ordered BLACK. The label says black but it is not. I have emailed Nevisports twice without reply.”

“Very poor customer service. I returned a pair of boots in the hope I could order a different size for my partner. Website states no exchanges and return at your own expense. Visited the website and boots still in the sale (same price I paid) on search page but when you click on item the price changes. Emailed company 3 times and still no reply. Won’t be a returning customer sadly.”
