“I have yet to receive my order despite being asked to review. It has been showing as being with DHL for the last 10 days. I have tried contacting customer service by email no response. i phoned waited 20minutes for the system to hang up on me and tell me i was phoning out side their working hours ar 1pm on a mondayafternoon. AVOID at ALL cost”

“Was sent the wrong coat and contacted customer services 10 days ago, no response so sent a follow up e mail 3 days ago and still no response. The parcel was also left on my doorstep exposed (an expensive coat). Very disappointed, have ordered elsewhere and hope for a response soon.”

“Was kept updated on progress of my order. Shorts are a Christmas present for my son so can’t comment on fit etc. however they look really nice, good quality and arrived in good time. I’d definitely order from Nevisport again.”

“I can’t leave a review as my parcel has not arrived, very bad service from dhl, their tracker said delivery on 4th, then 5th and now 8th December, seeing as the parcel needs to be signed for I have had to rearrange my plans waiting for it to be delivered to no avail. Very disappointed, will not use Nevis again sadly because of the poor dhl service and updates.”

“Had a slight problem with my online order. Thanks to the helpful gentleman at the Kendal store the item finally got shipped. Item arrived very quickly afterwards and I’m very pleased with it, even had a personal call from the gentleman I initially spoke to in Kendal. He had been keeping an eye on my order and called to see that it had arrived ok. Not often you get that level of personal service. Impressed- thank you”
