“Ordered items and over a week later they still hadn't arrived. I called to ask where my goods were and they hadn't even processed the order as it had gotten "lost in the system". Due to this the most important item in my order was now out of stock. However, it was still showing in stock on their website. They offered 15% off Full Price goods, in compensation which you can get anyway on their website. So this was not exactly a good deal for me. I have bought quite a few things from Nevisport in the past but now feel that I have been let down and now will think twice about ordering from them online.”

“Quick delivery . The walking shoes are a lovely fit and they keep your feet dry. I do a lot of walking with my two dogs in all weather,over fields and woodlands. I did get some waterproof shoe polish and coated the seams a few times. Happy with the purchase.”

“Buying from the Nevisport website is straightforward and uncomplicated and efficient.... until the item arrives and it doesn't fit!! Then one is obliged to seek out the nearest Asda store (Henley on Thames where we live does not have an Asda so I had to drive *miles* to High Wycombe where there is a huge 'superstore') to return the goods. Also it seems I am to lose £3 from the refund having returned my item via Asda (just to add insult to injury for the item not fitting!!). If Asda is out of the question it is possible to return the goods in the usual way through royal mail but this of course costs the proverbial arm and leg. For this reason *only* I wouldn't shop at Nevisport again. So often things bought online don't fit!!”

“I ordered two pairs of quality socks liners for my partner (Smartwool rocks! in case your interested) When one pair arrived I was a bit concerned. I was able to ring customer services and speak to a lovely woman who reassured Me the socks had be sent separately because of availability instore. Two days later another two pairs followed - I'd not noticed the 3 for 2 deal. Great quality, great bargain and excellent customer services from a human not a bot 10/10 thank you!”

“More of a shipping issue. The coat I bought was shipped in a single shipping bag. This did not provide complete protection for the coat. Especially as DHL just left it on the floor behind my wheelie bin. I needed the coat for the weekend so did not return. No damage, but slightly marked.”

“You still haven't sent my second jacket we need these last week for a trip to Scotland ive received one which i am sending back awful customer services ordered 2 coats through klarna sending this one back recorded delivery and when I finally receive the second coat that's going back awful services never will order again.”
