“Absolutly poor!!! I recieved two different sizes of on cloud trainers. One size 4 the other size 5 and the box said size 6. I have emailed them severeal times and auto reply saying the system is down. Joke and scam of a company. So dissastisfies no one has replied other than write a review.”

“I received my lovely new coat that I was so looking forward to wearing because my older coat was not warm anymore. But they left the security tag on it at a point where I couldn't get my hands fully into them pocket. I also couldn't use it because I was beeping when I left the shops and was checked in the event I stole something. It has been one week now since I wrote and sent pictures and I have had no response on solutions to deal with the security tag (it has three colour inks in it). I have been charged for this cost that I can't really use.”

“Did not receive boots.l phoned up after receiving an email saying boots were all packed up and on their way.On the seventh day I phoned to ask where they were your college said there was a problem they weren't even sent .I needed these boots to break them in over the Christmas holidays for going away climbing in February.I payed the money for the boots your college said there was only one pair of these boot in England and he could not guarantee I would get them before christmas.the guy who issued the refund didn't seem to care .I thought I was buying from a reputable company .”

“Absolutely appalling- I will never use NevisPort or DHL again… Paid my hard earned money on the Sunday - Parcel dispatched Monday - Tuesday DHL claimed to attempt delivery even though I waited in all day and night. NevisPort pretty much impossible to contact on either phone or E-mail. DHL Promised to deliver Wednesday but DID NOT again waited in all day and night . I opted for pick up at local drop off point but Then for next 8 days parcel could not be traced or located and NevisPort totally unsymPATHETIC, unwilling and unable to help… Today almost two weeks later I get an e-mail saying parcel has been returned to depot way out East in West Han and I had to collect in person cost me a tenner on transport for London return and took over two hours. Absolute amateurs the lot of you!”

“The product is advertised on your website as "Altra Lone Peak 9", but I was sent "Altra Lone Peak 9+". There is a big difference - one is waterproof, the other is not. When I sent an email to the customer service asking to replace or refund the item, I received a response after 8 days that the system crashed and customer support cannot respond. I've sent the back the product anyway, but one week on, I am still waiting for a refund.”

“Unable to contact anyone on the phone. Spoke to a lady called Jo at your Middlesbrough branch whose customer service was excellent Who tried her upmost to deal with my problem”
