10 days and I haven't even received the order. Sent mulitple CS notes and had no response. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

My scarpa boots arrived okay? Just waiting for the refund for the Pair that I return. Here is a message for you Nevisport managers. No point in sending you an email as I have already had my answer from customer service. Surely you can think out of the box when it comes to Customer Service. One of my laces busted the second time I tied it. I asked if you could just send me a pair of scarpa laces I was told to order them £5 that was okay but now I see £4.95 for postage. I will pay the £9.95 to get the laces because they can be posted through my door. Please note as I said they’ve already been polished with the scarpa cream. I was told I needed to return the whole order because that was policy. Surely it will be easier for you to send me a pair of laces instead of you paying someone to handle the returns even if you have to return it to the manufacturers. I took a picture of the laces the day they were busted.I explained to your very polite Customer Service agent why it was inconvenient for me to return the boots.

I ordered a RAB coat, paid and it has not arrived. I’ve called and called and used the online form to enquire about delivery. Had no response. I’m worried about my £140. I’m not sure what to do next. This organisation feels fraudulent.

Unfortunately I have not yet received my order, therefore cannot comment on my purchase. The order was placed on 28th Nov, I received notification from DHL saying it would be delivered on 2nd, then received further notification to say it was delayed. I then received another notification which gave a delivery window, the order did not appear in this window and a further notification was sent on 8th Dec to say it was in the delivery depot. It is now the 9th Dec and I still have not received my order. This is very disappointing.

Placed my order over two weeks ago and still waiting for it to be delivered. I have tried to phone Nevisport and have used their online query form to no avail. I also emailed their customer service email. I guess my next port of call is the credit card company as I can't see Nevisport responding!

Returned and order on 29th Nov for refund as too small, but did order bigger size which have arrived and ok, But!! Still waiting for refund, today 9th Dec!!!

Still waiting for an expensive coat after 2 weeks. Nevisport do not respond to customer emails and have switched off their customer service phones. DHL can’t help, they say my parcel is at the depot but Nevisport have told ask them to find it. Unfortunately I can’t get to speak to Nevisport so am absolutely stuck. Nightmare.

ordered a parcel on the 25th November and was told it would be here by the 2nd of December, it is now the 8th and no update has been given on my parcel. I have emailed and phoned the company, both with no response.

I have yet to receive my order despite being asked to review. It has been showing as being with DHL for the last 10 days. I have tried contacting customer service by email no response. i phoned waited 20minutes for the system to hang up on me and tell me i was phoning out side their working hours ar 1pm on a mondayafternoon. AVOID at ALL cost
