Having been a regular customer of Nevisport I will never order from them again. The order took over 10 days to arrive and when it did was sent the wrong item. A large ski bag was ordered and a small rucksack arrived. When I eventually got hold of the customer service department they accused me of having the correct item as the computer told them so. The lady was rude and uninterested and even after photographic evidence still questioned if I was telling the truth. I spent hours emailing and on the phone and going back and forth the post office only to be told well it’s not my fault even though she works for the company who clearly sent the total wrong item. I now can’t get the correct item until the wrong bag gets back to them so I most probably will be without the item I ordered specifically for my forthcoming holiday. Frankly the worse customer service I have received in years and will never order from this company again.

My order for a Rab jacket arrived when promised and was completely as advertised. Unfortunately neither the style nor colour was quite what I wanted so returned the item within a few hours via the procedure indicated. It was posted first class via Royal Mail but 8 days later I have had no confirmation of its' safe return nor any sign of a refund. Given the time of year I am be prepared to be patient for a few more days but am a bit concerned by the situation. My 'rating' would obviously depend on what happens over those next few days hence a three star rating for now.

Given that the coat I ordered never arrived, and that the courier chosen by Nevisport to convey the coat frauduently signed for it on my behalf and then dumped it in an insecure communal lobby never to be seen of again, it seems rather unwise of Nevisport to have requested that I write a review. But I guess everything is automated these days. Let's hope that includes my refund.

I ordered my jacket 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it,I've emailed customer services quite a few times over a week ago,and apart from automated response I've had no answer ,I've rang customer service,but go out on hold for a very long time so gave up , apparently my parcels at DHL in Scotland, according to tracking it's been there a week ,I've tried messaging them too but no reply,very frustrating,so unfortunately very bad experience so far ,and still haven't received my jacket Alex Currie

DHL lost my item and I cannot get a refund or replacement until they formally declare it lost. Have now waited 12 days for an item that should have arrived in 5- 7 days. Not good enough

Jacket great. Delivery poor. Item, which was expensive, was left in pouring rain for 2 days, thrown over a locked gate. Marked as "signed for" which was incorrect. Would think twice about purchasing from Nevisport again because of this

Placed order in error (wrong item my fault) unable to cancel. Email to customer service immediately no response for 11 days now despite numerous emails. Now have an item I wish to exchange but no response
