“Had an email saying now that you ve received your purchase please leave a review . However 10 days after initial order the goods still haven’t arrrives . Two emails forwarded to customer services and info @ , still no response. In Nevisports’s defence I do think this a courier issue . DHL AS POOR AS EVRI .”

“I have not received my order. I have tried to contact Nevisport by phone with no reply three times. I have also send three emails that have been ignored. I have contacted the shop at First William twice to see if they could chase my order up and they didn't get back to it. I can't contact the shopper, DHL at all. The tracking say it was delivered Thursday 4th but I have nothing, the neighbours have nothing, there was no card left in my letterbox or photo showing where it had been left, if it had been left at all. Ive paid £206 for boots I don't have. I have been repeatedly ignored. I will have to ask my bank to get money back as Nevisport just ignore me. I'm really worried that they somehow think they've delivered when there is no photo proof from DHL that they have.”
