Paid for Saturday delivery to my home, DPD sent me a message at 17.15 to say it’s been delivered to the post office! The post office shuts at 1pm so I cannot pick it up until Monday. This is appalling I paid £6.99 for delivery to my home on a Saturday because I work during the week, this was conveyed to Panda Bsmboo. This is terrible customer service and I’m really not happy. No proper communication from Panda Bamboo either. This is the most stressful purchase I have ever made and I would never recommend this company or its courier service to any one!!!

I purchased the hybrid bamboo pillow. It was delivered 5th March 2024. I have given it a fair shot although I noticed it started to give me neck and shoulder pain after 1st use. I asked husband to try it for a couple nights and he complained that it hurt his shoulder but not his neck. I have attempted to contact Panda via telephone several times but I am continuously told to leave a voicemail instead of adding me to the queue apparently their line is always busy or more likely non existent. They were not this incompetent when they took my money. I have also sent an email after leaving a voicemail as I have no other means of contacting them. I wish to return the pillow for a full refund so someone from panda please make contact.

After reading the product details on the Panda website I was persuaded to purchase the mattress topper. Flagged on the site was the option to return within 30 days if not satisfied. Hidden on a page in much smaller print was that this only applies to those bought from their site. The topper was described as being “orthopaedic” “supporting back, neck and hips in perfect alignment” however when any weight is applied, the topper reduces to wafer thin thickness. This makes any support impossible. I feel that the description is ambitious in its claim. I immediately contact Panda to return the product but was told that I have to contact the company that it was bought from. This company will not accept any product which has been opened. I’m sure the majority of people especially pensioners as myself, in these financially difficult times, find a product and then shop around for the best price. Disappointed and left with a product that I feel does not meet its description.

I have been very disappointed with the bamboo bedding. After only a couple of washes (on a wool/silk cycle at 30c using a mild detergent) it started pilling. The fact it can only be washed at 30c is a problem because it doesn't clean properly. The fitted sheet is too small and unhooks itself from the corners when laid on. And after only after a few months, they are literally falling apart (see photos). Bamboo bedding is an overpriced, poor-quality gimmick. Spending the same amount on decent cotton (which I have now done) will give you something of much higher quality.

Great pillows - but they're far too small to put any standard pillowcases on and Panda do not sell any pillowcases that actually fit them. It makes no sense! Customer service will constantly ignore any questions or provide any real information, it's just generic canned responses

Twice in a row received defective products which makes me question the quality of items. First one was duvet covers, which tore apart & lost buttons after 3rd wash. Received replacement for it, however they put incorrect address and it went to someone else. After finally receiving it, can again say that price is not worth the quality as buttons loosens up so easily, already lost one and second is about to fall off. Had to sew it myself. Second item was Cloud duvet, which also arrived defective. Missing a loop on the side, which is even more inconvenient (to pack back and send a whole Super King sized duvet). It is physically hard. CS didn't even ask if I would like a replacement and send it out. Now Im stuck with 2 duvets that needs to be send out. Also, cloud duvet is definitely not for 4 seasons, how it is advertised. It is pretty warm/hot with it in winter and see no difference from a £40 Ikea duvet. CS is great, however they completely ignored my last message asking them about how to pack it and if it is fine to use different box.

Ordered it quite a while back and it still hasn't turned up so can't review it but I can review how disappointing your delivery service is . If I ever do get it which I'm now doubting very much ill give a review then but as of now ... no star rating from me

The Panda Bamboo pillow is much smaller than a standard pillow, and will not fit standard pillowcases. This information is not easily accessible on the website, you have to really search for it. Very disappointed and will be returning the pillows and pillowcases. Panda do not sell pillowcases to fit, and you won't be able to buy pillowcases to fit elsewhere. Panda say people usually don't use a pillowcase. I disagree, that's not really practical long term. If this information had been clearer I wouldn't have wasted my time with this purchase and now return. I'm posting a review so that others can be aware of this.

To avoid overheating, we also ensured the third generation memory foam was utilised correctly and properly. The Panda Pillow has its own removable and washable cover. Having been using the topper for two months now I can safely say I have tested it thoroughly. When first placing it on our mattress it felt incredibly soft and supportive. It had quite a strong odour for the first week or two which was highly noticeable when walking into the bedroom. The initial issue my wife and I experienced was fairly significant night sweats. In spite of the time of year (Jan/Feb) we switched over to our Summer duvet which has helped. Following this though, and perhaps most frustrating of all is the fact that with the topper on (and I've tested the bed without the topper for 2 weeks) I inexplicably wake up in the middle of the night and find it very difficult to get back to sleep. I then spend the day yawning and feeling tired. Sadly I've had to store the topper away leaving me circa £140 out of pocket. It's such a shame because it's clearly a very well made premium product but sadly its just not for me.

No good for anyone with replacement hips. Very hard on the body and difficult to turn over in bed. Complete waste of money and wish I’d spent it on new wheels for my bike instead. Ditto for the pillo,way too dense and unyealding.

We bought a full bed set, the duvet cover arrived without buttons on the closure.. we made contact and were told replacement buttons would be sent out by return (we were prepared to sew them on ourselves). Now 2 weeks on and still no buttons. We have emailed customer service twice with no response. Not the sort of service we expected from a premium product.

March 2021 I contacted Panda as the topper had many issues, a few to mention: the straps didn’t fit and had snapped, the topper didn’t fit. They promised me a replacement and informed me they had put a note beside my account to send me a king size one when they had redesigned it (which Jonathan said they were in the process of doing). Jonathan also asked I change my review that I had left them. Why would I change a review when Panda didn’t resolve this? I realise they were a fairly new company and I’d like nothing more than to give you 5* but sadly I can’t! 10 months on - no replacement and you are ignoring my emails. You may say you can’t find me on the system like other complaints on here and your reply saying that, but I can prove contact if any future potential purchaser is considering purchasing from you. I am still fighting for my full refund! I do not want a replacement now as that time has now passed! Nor would I recommend you.

Thank you for your feedback. Jonathan is in communication with you via e-mail about this at the moment. The Topper was not purchased from us but a different seller on Amazon so unfortunately we do not have control over the funds however we have said, as promised, that the Topper (with adjustable straps in the size requested) would be sent as soon as we receive it, as part of our guarantee. As mentioned in the e-mail that you have posted, the product was in development and no date had been fully finalised until the launch of it but we agreed, and we will send as promised. We were expecting it to be towards the end of the year however sadly there had been delays outside of our control. We are expecting this to be with us between Monday and Sunday next week however we wanted to be 100% certain of the date as this had been delayed previously.
