Poor customer service, cancelled order and went elsewhere.

Ordered mattress topper on 28/12/2020 and got told it was dispatched and would be received 31/12/2020, even had an email from DPD to say it is on its way. Nothing received so I chased them where I got advised there was an error at their end and they are actually out of stock but will have some back in stock 14th Jan and would throw in a free pillow. Nothing received so chased and update received 18/01/20 saying it is delayed due to Brexit, but order should be dispatched 20/01/20. Nothing received so chased on 28/01/20. Now got told more Brexit related issues so not going to get until mid-Feb. Mid-feb came and went so I chased again. 18/02/2021 - Now got told my delivery had been damaged in transport but new one would be dispatched on 25/02/21 and delivery should be within 2-3 business days. Therefore let’s wait and see if it finally comes (by the way they said there will be a delay in the free pillow now and not had any emails from DPD yet which is strange) but in all honesty it is really disappointing that a) they don't provide updates to their customers, you have to chase them every time, b) blaming Brexit. How long have we known Brexit is coming? Irony of it all is that I’ve been sent an email from Panda to post feedback on my item when it has not even yet been delivered. Been waiting over 2 months now - not acceptable and neither is the poor customer service

The pillow arrived very promptly. Unfortunately I needed to returned it as it was too high for me and increased my neck pain. Upon requesting a return I was told due to high demand that I shall need to wait but someone will get back to be. I month or so later I followed this up but no action taken. Nearly 4 months later I still have a boxed up pillow with no refund. Very disappointed in the company.

This bed linen is very expensive, but each morning the fitted sheet rides up from the mattress and does not stay in place at all. This means lifting the heavy mattress to try and place the sheet back. Not so easy with a bad shoulder. So disappointed with the sheet, although the rest of he set is ok. Not worth the money for so much hassle.

I bought a mattress topper and 2 pillows. I have had to stop using the mattress topper as first I had a very painful back, so I removed it until my back was better. I put it back on and my right leg became very painful. I now removed it from my bed completely. So a waste of money. Happy with the pillows.

Bed sheets don’t fit and ride up every night, topper elastic is a joke and pops off immediately and the topper slides down. Topper is also quite warm all night.

I purchased the cloud duvet. The sales pitch is all around bamboo when in fact the duvet is 50% plastic. There is no information on the nano micro fibre plastic on the website and you will only find it hidden away under specifications. The company seems to pitch itself as environmentally friendly but as we know "irresponsible" plastic use and the creation of polluting micro plastics (now even found in women's placenta amongst every other place and food chain on our planet). If the company really cared more about the planet and "us" as it claims too they could have used recycled plastic and been more open apart the synthetic part of this duvet. I dont deny bamboo has great properties and thats great but we are paying a premium for 50% bamboo. The company could also participate in such schemes as 1% for the planet. Back to product I feel again the packaging is recycled and it all looks "eco" and comes with "vegan" credentials but I feel its semi plastic product made in China still which will ultimately end up in a landfill site as I count the 50% bamboo 50% plastic could be recycled in either direction. I did use the duvet and its weight, warmth and comfort are nice but probably too hot for summer when I plan to buy a 100% cotton duvet and pass the Panda on! Hopefully the company takes note as I read others are also concerned with the PLASTIC Panda and not the bamboo one as advertised!!

Nice looking stuff and very well made but the descriptions of materials are misleading. The kids duvet for example contains 'micro nano fibre' (50%) which the company confirmed to me is a synthetic fibre made out of plastic. Something we don't want in our lives or our children breathing in. Micro plastics are a nightmare.

The wrong item was delivered. I contacted the company and received no response, I then chased using the online chat and received an email. Once I responded to the email, again there was no response and I had to chase again. A return label was provided after several weeks but I'm still waiting for a refund. I can't comment on the product as it was never used but the customer service from Panda is abysmal.

Still waiting for delivery of single mattress topper which I ordered on 27th December, tried sending email to enquire about delivery but no reply, tried live chat got as far as giving my order number and postcode but no further response panda were quick enough to take my money but so far no topper......not impressed!

The bedding are very poor the closing. Buttons do not work properly - the duvet and the pillow is great but no the beddings. I am sorry for this but I want a refund on the bedding cover . The flat sheet is fine. The duvet cover is poor

After extensive research to purchase color bamboo linen and good reviews I purchased one from your website. 1. I and my husband use bamboo linen for over 3 years. We decided to switch our bed linen to bamboo after all beautiful reviews about benefits about night sweats and being super absorbent. We been using linen from All Bamboo and we bought some from M&S too. 2. We choose to by from My Panda because I wanted change and have some color in our bedroom. Only negative feedback i read about buttons and honestly they are disaster. I give up to close them and they are not right for the bed line. 3. We tried for 3 nights to sleep in bed linen but after that i just removed and i do not wish to use longer. It has lovely cold feeling ( that is only plus) but during night my husband and even me end up waking up at least 3 times to change our shirts and turn blanket around. it takes lots of moisture out from your body and does not absorbs. It is very disappointing for bamboo linen. It feels like is cheep viscose and not 100% bamboo. Before use i washed linen in cold water without washing powder and without softener. Honestly it does have feeling of bamboo and price does not match comfort. Sorry maybe something has happened during production. I contacted your team with concerns couple of weeks ago and never heard anything back.
