Twice in a row received defective products which makes me question the quality of items. First one was duvet covers, which tore apart & lost buttons after 3rd wash. Received replacement for it, however they put incorrect address and it went to someone else. After finally receiving it, can again say that price is not worth the quality as buttons loosens up so easily, already lost one and second is about to fall off. Had to sew it myself.
Second item was Cloud duvet, which also arrived defective. Missing a loop on the side, which is even more inconvenient (to pack back and send a whole Super King sized duvet). It is physically hard. CS didn't even ask if I would like a replacement and send it out. Now Im stuck with 2 duvets that needs to be send out.
Also, cloud duvet is definitely not for 4 seasons, how it is advertised. It is pretty warm/hot with it in winter and see no difference from a £40 Ikea duvet.
CS is great, however they completely ignored my last message asking them about how to pack it and if it is fine to use different box.
