“The topper is comfortable. When I opened it I noticed a mark in the centre indicating it has been previously used. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them. That part I'm not impressed with”

“Needed a topper for my bed as mattress was getting a bit soft saw the panda topper and pillow with memory foam it was so soft to the touch they were very reasonably priced and the information about the products was clearly marked up about what they do and don’t do so I bought them”

“Purchased a mattress topper which was well made, good quality, v.f.m. and delivered quickly. Regrettably I had to return it as it was too soft for me. Contacted customer services (Justin) who was understanding and helpful and advised me how to return it. Unfortunately the topper was lost in transit but Justin sorted this out to ensure I got my refund. Great customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. When my mattress needs replacing I know where to go.”
