“Never heard of this till appeared on QVC. Been struggling with my pillow so bought the memory foam pillow which was a QVC todays special value. It arrived 9 days later & is nice & firm. My only quibbles are that A) it does have a smell to it, so I am airing it before using it, B) it is a very tight squeeze to get my Egyptian cotton pillowcase over it. Guessing I will have to buy Panda pillowcases!!”

To help with your quibbles, that initial "new product" scent is completely normal and harmless; it will fully dissipate after a few days of airing out. Regarding your pillowcase, if you do decide to look into our bamboo pillowcases, they are specially tailored to glide on easily and perfectly match the contours of the pillow. “I’ve bought many memory foam pillows but only one other was as comfortable as the panda pillow. I didn’t need any time to get used to it, it just felt so comfortable from night one. I have arthritis in my neck and I don’t have any pain with the panda pillow. I bought it on a special value price at QVC and so glad i did.”

“This review is written on the 21st May 2026 after only 3 days of ownership and in cool weather. Ordered my mattress topper via BrandAlley. Communication was very good with regular updates and the delivery came on time and as promised. I have never bought a foam mattress, or mattress topper because I don't like to be hot when I sleep. However, I decided to try Panda mattress topper due to the reviews that I had read and the fact that it isn't supposed to retain as much body heat as other brands. I have only had it for fews days and so, can't give an longterm review. However, present it is only slightly warmer than my sprung mattress and so, I don't become uncomfortably hot during the night. This is a small price to pay when compared to how comfortable it is to sleep on. I am a side sleeper and usually have to turn over repeatedly (usually every 40 mins) during the night because one side will start aching. However, I have found that the Panda topper is just the right balance between firmness and give that I have only turned over 2 or 3 times in the night, out of habit, not because of any aches. I will update my review in the future if anything changes but at the moment, I am genuinely amazed at how comfortable it is and wish that I had taken the plunge years ago. So much so that if it doesn't generate too much heat in high summer, I have already decided to buy more for my other beds.”
