“This is my very first Car Finance and it was a really good one choosing My Car Credit because even when I was confused about it, the agents I spoke to especially Carl made me understand what to do to get the best experience from choosing my Car Credit, I was even advised on what dealers to deal with and also given a website to choose from which was way helpful and I really appreciate.”

“I was told I was accepted and made to pay £495 to secure the car. After four days when I was on my way to pay the £12,000 deposit so that my car would be ready for pickup, they called me and said, 'Sorry, we changed our mind and we cannot give you the loan.' On top of that, the garage refused to refund my deposit! If that's not enough, I made an insurance payment of a little over £6,000 and also ordered deployable side steps for £1,550, which are also not returnable! I am devastated and feel suicidal. You are the worst thing that has happened in my life. I wish I had never known you.”
