“Not the best encounter I think. Took a lot of going back and forth between themselves and the finance company and no one seemed really to know what they were doing. To add to injury, could only find one company for me to borrow from and they had an APR that would make loan sharks weep.”

“There were a number of problems where emails and documents weren't sent to myself or the dealership. What should have taken 1-2 days took 5 days to complete. I had to chase a couple times for updates to find out that documents weren't sent over. I also had to re-sign documents as the paperwork was missing VAT. Overall, the service was pretty poor and communication wasn't ideal”
