“After being recommended, I wasn’t particularly impressed. I had to keep chasing and calling for updates throughout, despite being told everytime that I’d get a call back. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly , but a little relaxed in the approach to move things forward.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your experience with My Car Credit. We’ve looked into this and can see that there was a brief delay while the dealership requested Pre-Contract Credit Information. As this document contains sensitive personal details, we’re unable to share it directly with a dealership. In this case, due to the funder involved in your application, we also didn’t have access to manual documents to pass on, which caused a temporary hold-up. We’re pleased that the issue was resolved the same day and that the finance paid out on Monday evening. We worked quickly to find an alternative lender so that your finance could still be approved, and the application was successfully paid out. We understand the frustration caused by the delay at the dealership due to the issues identified with the vehicle. As soon as we were made aware, we explained all the options available - including waiting for the repairs to be completed or unwinding the agreement if you preferred not to continue. “This company genuinely saved me thousands of pounds! I’m still shocked at how they managed to structure the deal — they secured me an offer with 8% lower interest, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. I can’t say enough good things about them. “Very helpful in finding me a car I was having problems finding the right one I wanted they did a search and within minutes found the one I wanted. Very professional company car was found on the Thursday singed for on the Friday at dinner time got the car on the Saturday morning would definitely recommend using this company all the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful”
