“Just wanted to say Tara was amazing at helping my father secure finance on our new mercedes c class, she was very patient and extremely helpful and cleary explained everything she was just a lovely individual in general. “The ‘crew’ at my car credit were very helpful and reliable. Hadi was a star and found me the right vehicle after many wrong decisions by myself. “After being recommended, I wasn’t particularly impressed. I had to keep chasing and calling for updates throughout, despite being told everytime that I’d get a call back. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly , but a little relaxed in the approach to move things forward.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your experience with My Car Credit. We’ve looked into this and can see that there was a brief delay while the dealership requested Pre-Contract Credit Information. As this document contains sensitive personal details, we’re unable to share it directly with a dealership. In this case, due to the funder involved in your application, we also didn’t have access to manual documents to pass on, which caused a temporary hold-up. We’re pleased that the issue was resolved the same day and that the finance paid out on Monday evening.
