“Customer service was so poor and no proper communication. All I have received is about my first repayment date before that release my loan amount. I couldn’t get the car on time due to delay and no communication policy from My car credit team. I don’t recommend them.”

There was a delay to same-day payment while we awaited signed documents, and unfortunately the funding cut-off had passed by the time these were returned. We also experienced a delay receiving the invoice, as the dealer was unable to provide this until the vehicle was on site. Our team made several attempts to keep in touch throughout the process, and we’re confident we handled the application appropriately. “It was a bit of a saga that took way longer than it should have and was pretty stressful. Communication was poor. Eventually when I threatened to cancel an alternative funder was found and it happened as it should but then the e sign process failed initially. The staff were friendly though and I think it may have been an unfortunate sequence of events. I lost count of how many times I had to call for information etc. just frustrating.”

“I recently used my car credit to take out hp finance on a van and the process was seamless. Everyone was very helpfull however i mainly worked with Chris Rydiard who was extremely helpful and very clear throughout the whole process. For someone who has never taken out finance chris made it easy to understand and made the whole process quick and easy.”

“They made me go two hours and couldn’t take the car beacuse there was a problem with my name and they made a second time to go and take the car guaranteeing that the money transfer is going to be in in that night until 6 pm and it wasn’t so I had to go back home and come back the next morning arround 12”

“I had been turned down at every garage/finance company I went to over the course of a week. I don’t know how, but My Car Credit managed to secure me finance on the car of my choice. Admittedly the interest rates are high but I’ve had a few issues in the past. I would highly recommend the guys at MCC as nothing was too much trouble and a very seamless process.”
