“Amazing, with my credit rating not the best I didn't think I'd be able to get finance but I did. My advisor Molly was brilliant couldn't fault her she's a credit to her company she kept me informed all the way. Even when i was talking to the dealership she was keeping in touch making sure everything was OK. Due to work commitments I'm not able to pick the car up until 27th February but I can't wait. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is after car finance A++++++++”

“I cannot thank Evolution Funding Ltd and especially Chris Rydiard enough for the incredible support provided during a very complex vehicle dispute. After being sold a faulty vehicle by a dealership and experiencing significant administrative delays that put my credit file at risk, Chris stepped in as a true advocate. While the dealership failed to meet statutory deadlines and neglected basic paperwork, Chris was proactive, transparent, and relentless in pushing the finance company to resolve the matter. His expertise in navigating the Consumer Rights Act and his ability to communicate effectively with the lenders meant that a situation that felt hopeless was eventually resolved in my favor. Thanks to his hard work, my previous finance was cleared, and I was able to secure a new agreement despite the hurdles the dealership placed in my way. If you want a broker who does more than just "sell" a deal—someone who actually has your back when things go wrong—I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. Professional, empathetic, and highly effective.”

“A straightforward process to aquire finance for a new vehicle. Helpful staff who are available to speak to, and answer my questions. Documentation for terms and conditions was to the point and easy to understand. I was kept upto date through messages as the process progressed. Finance quickly secured and received by the company I am collecting my vehicle from”

“They only allow 5 stars but this company deserve way way more. Their friendly extremely helpful staff and positive attitude are what clearly sets this company apart from others. They have now arranged my new car finance in under 24 hours over a weekend. Nothing has been a problem and even secured me a fantastic Apr rate compared to what I'd been offered elsewhere. 10/10 to everyone at My Car Credit. Couldn't be happier”

“Customer service was so poor and no proper communication. All I have received is about my first repayment date before that release my loan amount. I couldn’t get the car on time due to delay and no communication policy from My car credit team. I don’t recommend them.”

There was a delay to same-day payment while we awaited signed documents, and unfortunately the funding cut-off had passed by the time these were returned. We also experienced a delay receiving the invoice, as the dealer was unable to provide this until the vehicle was on site. “It was a bit of a saga that took way longer than it should have and was pretty stressful. Communication was poor. Eventually when I threatened to cancel an alternative funder was found and it happened as it should but then the e sign process failed initially. The staff were friendly though and I think it may have been an unfortunate sequence of events. I lost count of how many times I had to call for information etc. just frustrating.”
