“I would not recommend this company. I have had nothing but trouble since starting with them. The company would tell us one thing to keep us interested then do the exact opposite. We missed out on so many cars while waiting for them to sort the finance. We were actually told we are good to go and they received everything they needed to pay the dealership, however after travelling 4.5 hours we were told the broker had pulled the finance so we had a 4.5 hour travel back, wasted fuel and exhausted not to mention we had our child with us. I would definitely stay away from My Car Credit.”

“My Consultant was great. The rest of the team were dismissive. They were not willing to listen but ready to advise. Eg a certain sales person was arguing with me telling me that I needed to do a new quotation when I told them that a wrong car was put in my agreement form. That was the case as the right car had been quoted on and a wrong car was inserted in the agreement. All that was need was to remove the wrong car from the agreement. The chap was not listening to me but wanted to advise me wrongly.”
