“Would definitely recommend unlike other car finance providers they actually give you the others they quote and were very helpful with the whole process and kept me up to date also was a very speedy process which was quite refreshing!”

“Terrible company, IT doesn't work and when you call to discuss they cut you off and refuse to take a complaint or let you speak to a manager (CEO doesn't exist apparently!) No response to written complaint and no explanation as to abusive nature of their staff! Would leave zero stars if that were possible”

We take all complaints seriously and as all calls are recorded for training and quality purposes, we have been able to review the conversations between you and our advisors. We cannot identify any occasion where our staff were abusive towards you. Whilst we appreciate you were frustrated with some aspects of the application process, we also cannot tolerate abusive language towards our own staff which unfortunately did occur. We agree that your request to submit a complaint could have been handled much better and therefore we are making changes to our process to improve that experience. “Pre approved through clear score. Had finance approved on the phone on Sunday! After all paper work done and sent to nissan I have my car in 9 days 🙂 My car credit team/ evolution funding was very friendly & lively to get everything done quickly as possible very happy with my terms and conditions along with my monthly payments.”

“Saw a car and rang up got approved within two hours picked the car I wanted and picked it up the next morning from William Coates in Bridlington. Car was in mint condition couldn’t fault it.I would recommend using this company very helpful.”
