“Very good service with prompt delivery Although I thought the P&P was expensive for the size of the parcel I've had a pair of car seats delivered from the midlands for the same price as this little parcel”

“The coasters we ordered arrived badly damaged and scratched. On 6 of them the corners were so badly damaged they were unusable. Others in the same batch were badly scratched on the top cover. This equated to about 10% of our order.”

“Postage/ carriage once again penalises the Highlands and Islands. Why can't the 'free' over £100 that most of the country enjoys still apply up here and can we not be just charged for the small 'additional' cost?”

“Recently bought 10 blank keyrings to test - order got lost in the post, but was quickly resent. Ordered 100 more for fundraising and over half sold already. Good quality product with tight-fitting backs. Will be re-ordering as the children loved them.”
