“Initial order and change of fabric choice was all very smooth and with good timely communication. The time to getting the sofa was fairly long, we ordered in November but got the sofa in February. Delivery was good, nice chaps who put the sofa together. I appreciate you can’t try sofas online so it is a risk. So although the sofa looks as I expected (very nice) the sofa itself is extremely firm. It’s firm to sit on and too firm to sleep on in its sofa bed form. Some friends recently stayed over and said it was like sleeping on the floor.”

“Sofa came as planned, on time ,delivered by a great team who assembled the sofa for us in 5 minutes. The colour is lighter than the original picture shows, but the comfort is great, alwhich is the main thing”

“The sofa's quality is good for its price. I paid 1K for a corner sofa with my choice of fabric. Definitely love the design and color of the sofa. Delivery was good and on time too. The only major issue is the off-gas smell that comes with the sofa. It’s really pungent and very uncomfortable. I sprayed a lot of baking soda solution on top of the fabric and the problem has subdued, but hasn’t completely went away. Now I keep the room ventilated and use an air purifier next to it. I did some research online and discovered the smell is from a compound called VOC and it’s from the chemicals used to treat the cheap foams used in the sofa making process. My only wish for the company is to use higher quality foams so that the smell wouldn’t be so terrible.”

“Customer services, over the phone ,and at the showroom were very nice and helpful The "live chat" on the website was unhelpful.. Delivery delays were really good(about 6weeks from purchased date) Delivery team were very friendly but professional, efficient and quick The sofa is perfect, we love it and so does our 8months very lively baby He love his massive play ground when we pull the "bed" part of it Only little thing that could be improved is the bed part, it could be a bit more comfortable But not a big deal For the price of the sofa it's worth buying a mattress topper for guests Super happy, thank you so much MSofas”

“Great customer service with updates provided all along. Delivered as promised on time and by a great team that did all required to provide quality service and make sure the item was exactly the way it was supposed to be before they left. “Great sofa. Waterproof material is quit good. Tried sleeping one night and in overall would need to put a thin matters on top as while laying the body is more up than head so it was a bit not comfortable but I don’t see it as a problem as it is medium firm for sitting is great.”

“We purchased a corner sofa from M Sofas. It looks a few weeks to get delivered but the product was delivered safely without any damages. The sofa in itself feels solid in comparison to similar furniture from IKEA. I need to see how long this lasts. The men that delivered the sofa were also friendly and professional.”
