Delay in delivery. Not very happy with their service. Although nice delivery men when they eventually came.

I had a mechanical issue with my Sofa headrest, the warranty replace this faulty part was not honoured.

Apparently because I signed for the delivery that meant I was signing to accept any damage once i unpacked my sofa.

Bought this corner sofa bed for £1140. Had a few marks but because my delivery was to my door step they basically blamed me and won't sort out the issue. Poor service wouldn't recommend this company better to pay that little extra and use established companies.

Delivery was incomplete as promised and we have no idea when it will be. There are back cushions missing from the sofa and according to the tracker reference they are somewhere in Europe. The base unit was delivered on time and to a good standard As of today 27/12/2023 the delivery is incomplete.

The sofa I got is OK but not the fabric I expected. I wanted a wipeable, leather type and I got a nylon velour that will show every spec & dog hair. The fabric in the picture is no longer available and when the colour choices come up the picture doesn't change. Also on the colour choices it doesn't state the fabric so I thought I was getting a wipable fabric. I put leather corner sofa in the search and that's what the picture was of but that's not the sofa I got. On the invoice it states the name given to the fabric but that means nothing unless you work for msofa. I engaged in an online chat which was very frustrating because she just said 'did you phone for advice'? 'did you request a free fabric sample? The quality of the sofa is OK but this fabric is going to be a nightmare. The delivery guys were nice but wanted to charge me £40 to dismantle the storage side of the sofa. Unless your front door goes straight into the lounge there's no way it will fit or go around a corner without being dismantled. I refused to pay.

Good service. The two seaters on the sofa seem to be damaged as when I’m sitting on it, I feel like it’s leaning forward and I don’t feel completely comfortable. The long part is comfortable though

Very nice sofa and fast enough delivery but once delivering they charged an extra £40. Not explained properly on the website when ordering. Delivery drivers showed an attitude and ‘discussed’ whether they were going to deliver or not, I was baffled. They did and were helpful with instructions and removing packaging . A good purchase marred by an overcharge.

Brought sofa 2 weeks ago, they attempt to delivery but unfortunately they forget to load in the van to deliver , and i am still waiting for another delivery

Customer service is zero. They were not helpful with order and just to add, you can't return a sofa if you are not pleased. They said I will lose 50% of the among I paid. Imagine an online business?? Only if you see the sofa you are ordering, run from them.

We received the sofa yesterday and it has a tear at the bottom front, fotos attached, delivery was late by a week

The sofa is ok. Time can tell how long it will last as the quality of the frame is not so great as it is made of soft wood. The storage board arrived damaged. We’re still awaiting for replacement and exchange of the storage board. Hopefully will arrive maybe in couple of weeks or more? The cushion seemed to dent deep if you sit on the same spot. Order came after almost 3 months. The Delivery team was by far the worst because they are lazy! They were supposed to unpack and assemble the sofa then get rid of the packaging but none of those were done. The delivery man refused to set up the sofa despite that it was their responsibility and part of their duties to assemble it. Instead they just dumped the wrapped sofa and left without doing their job properly. Setting up the sofa by ourselves was a pain because there was no Instructional Manual in the package. I have to contact the Customer Service to request for the manual so we could set up the sofa ourselves. So far the customer service staff has been helpful hence 2 stars instead of 1! But overall, we are very dissatisfied with the Delivery service. It was terrible!

I bought furniture in Msofas in July, in September I got an incomplete order, today is November 19 and I still haven't received one of the chests of drawers (which is in fast delivery on the store's website) so far no one has contacted me, this is my first and last purchase from this store

I have 2nd time experience with Msofa ,1st time I was extremely happy with new sofa corner bed 2 nd unfortunately far from that. After new sofa arrive I notice som abnormalities in the construction of the sofa unfortunately help center ignore my complain becous don't have insurance. Sleep area manufacturing fault no chance to sleep comfortably with gap 6cm between seats and folding area . Last time placed order a d will no recomend for frend any more sorry. Verry disappointed 😞

I am very disappointed with the recent service. I have placed an order and got email with delivery date and time which wasn't suitable for me, and I wanted to reschedule my delivery. I was aware, that I could only do it once. I have put the details requested to reschedule the delivery and next day women from call centre/customer service department called me and simply said that I have to accept the date I was offered as she cannot tell me when the next delivery in my area will be!!!!???? I was pushed to accept the date and time even that I have explained that I would be after 12 h night shift on that morning and my husband will be away so I would have to pay extra for upstairs delivery.I wasn't given an option and as an explanation why I cannot choose another day for the delivery I was told that because the warehouse/company is somwhere up north they don't do delivery very often to the south part of the country where I live. It's very bad especially when there is a home delivery (without the distance restrictions) available and I have paid for it !!!! When I have asked the delivery team how often they do delivery around my area they said ,that they are travelling to the area at least once a week. I am hoping ,that customer service at the customer department will be imroved and be at least satisfactory as the delivery/drivers with professional manners . I
