Poor quality don’t waist your money!!! Waited for 12weeks paid 1300£ and get this. I wish never bought it in the first place!

After almost 8 weeks of waiting, I finally received the sofa. But I am very dissatisfied with the customer service during the waiting period. I didn't receive any updates about the order and I had to keep sending messages and only after that I was told that it had finally arrived at the warehouse. I had to chase them to arrange the delivery. Also , when I placed the order, the promise was that it will be delivered between 2-6 weeks, but I received it after almost 8 weeks. Because you did not respect the promised delivery period, I had to buy a mattress for the guests, which was not nice and I spent extra money for it. If I had known that I would have such an experience, I would not have ordered from this site.

Don't recommend. I been happy to buy corner sofa bed (Shop ex display!!! Supposed to be marked as customer returns), on website easy to find that, it can has some stains or scratches, because of display, unlucky for my after it was delivered to me, easy to see 3 small hols. I contacted MSofas and sent pic, they told me that it is used sofa, returned to shop and display(impossible to find this on website). No guarantee on this type sofa. On different website about300£ more and similar (different colour), so not worth to buy ex display from them, it supposed to be Mark as customer return... not shop ex display.

I have not had a very good experience using MSofas. I paid in full and waited 7 weeks for my sofa to arrive broken. They stated the part needed to repair it was out of stock and would need to be ordered by them then posted to me. I was originally expected to carry out the repairs myself, but after expressing disappointment in this they said they would send the part out then arrange someone qualified to carry out the repair. The part has not arrived weeks later and I have had no further correspondence from MSofas. I have been left with a broken sofa and nowhere to sit. Not the service people deserve.

If you want to see how difficult it was to buy this armchair please see my emails I think it took about 26 emails to understand what \I was getting. I thought in the end I was buying a Beige/Tan coloured armchair but it arrived Choco coloured ?? I cant remamber seeing this on the actual webpage I was buying from. Ive kept the chair anyway and find it of good quality.

Unfortunately this is what happened after ONE week. 2 stars for staff in showroom, we chose Sofa in showroom the price was agreed unfortunately after two hours driving we received massage. Price was incorrect and orginal price was £400 more :( Finally we picked different one, but then again I don't know if I was unlucky or the quality of the producer it's so low. Now it will be Up to 4 weeks waiting for replacing and 2-5 dys for delivery, so I guess in the worse scenario it will be up to 5 weeks waiting. I gave 5 stars for the guys from delivery 2 STARS for me BIG disappointment I believed polish furniture it is one of the best in Europe at the moment like I said it is BIG disappointment😞

I had a mechanical issue with my Sofa headrest, the warranty replace this faulty part was not honoured.

Apparently because I signed for the delivery that meant I was signing to accept any damage once i unpacked my sofa.

Bought this corner sofa bed for £1140. Had a few marks but because my delivery was to my door step they basically blamed me and won't sort out the issue. Poor service wouldn't recommend this company better to pay that little extra and use established companies.

Delivery was incomplete as promised and we have no idea when it will be. There are back cushions missing from the sofa and according to the tracker reference they are somewhere in Europe. The base unit was delivered on time and to a good standard As of today 27/12/2023 the delivery is incomplete.

The sofa I got is OK but not the fabric I expected. I wanted a wipeable, leather type and I got a nylon velour that will show every spec & dog hair. The fabric in the picture is no longer available and when the colour choices come up the picture doesn't change. Also on the colour choices it doesn't state the fabric so I thought I was getting a wipable fabric. I put leather corner sofa in the search and that's what the picture was of but that's not the sofa I got. On the invoice it states the name given to the fabric but that means nothing unless you work for msofa. I engaged in an online chat which was very frustrating because she just said 'did you phone for advice'? 'did you request a free fabric sample? The quality of the sofa is OK but this fabric is going to be a nightmare. The delivery guys were nice but wanted to charge me £40 to dismantle the storage side of the sofa. Unless your front door goes straight into the lounge there's no way it will fit or go around a corner without being dismantled. I refused to pay.

Good service. The two seaters on the sofa seem to be damaged as when I’m sitting on it, I feel like it’s leaning forward and I don’t feel completely comfortable. The long part is comfortable though

Very nice sofa and fast enough delivery but once delivering they charged an extra £40. Not explained properly on the website when ordering. Delivery drivers showed an attitude and ‘discussed’ whether they were going to deliver or not, I was baffled. They did and were helpful with instructions and removing packaging . A good purchase marred by an overcharge.

Brought sofa 2 weeks ago, they attempt to delivery but unfortunately they forget to load in the van to deliver , and i am still waiting for another delivery

Customer service is zero. They were not helpful with order and just to add, you can't return a sofa if you are not pleased. They said I will lose 50% of the among I paid. Imagine an online business?? Only if you see the sofa you are ordering, run from them.

We received the sofa yesterday and it has a tear at the bottom front, fotos attached, delivery was late by a week
