“I’m not very happy so far with my order, I ordered several weeks ago and still not any update I called up and they told me it might arrive late feb however it says 4-6 weeks which is why I ordered as I needed it within that time however it looks as if it’s going to be taking much longer”

“Email communication about the 'Olio' sofa was good, but actual delivery was really slow, noticeably longer than website indicated :o/ Actual product seems to be going quite well so far”

“The gentlemen that delivered the sofa were great and really quick but the sofa itself is really firm and in some places you can feel the wooden bits underneath. The bed that comes up is extremely firm. Dimensions and colour is great.”

“Great delivery service and loved the range of sofas. However we had a quality problem due to mismatched fabrics so we have a sofa of 2 different shades. Hopefully this will be resolved and we can enjoy our new sofa.”

“Sofa is comfortable but the order process is unclear when ordering is doesn't show what fabric you are ordering even thou the description says it's leather which is untrue you have to pick your own fabric which doesn't have a box for fabric you have to scroll all through the colours to find the fabric which you want”

There is information on the website that the Apollo II from the main picture is made of the eco-leather Vienna 17 but when you place an order, you have to "choose your colour" and there is a list of all available materials that you need to select. “A nice and comfortable sofa, though difficult to fold, arrived late. Choosing a colour was challenging since there are no photos of the sofa bed in different colours on the website. However, free fabric samples can be received by post (though this will extend the already lengthy delivery time).”

“The storage space at the sofa is slightly broken. Which is disappointing for a new sofa. I’m not at the property right now as I haven’t moved in the new flat yet, but I’m happy to share pictures as soon as I’m there again.”

“Great sofa, however poor delivery experience. The delivery team moved the sofa to the entrance of the building only and only by request did they take it near the lift. I then had to move the sofa to my flat myself, only possible with the help of a neighbour…!”

“I was waiting for sofa almost 3 months I ordered weeks before Christmas because they promised if I do now they guarantee delivered before Christmas unfortunately came 2 months after Christmas. 5 stars for delivery guys because they was so polite and kind. Sofa looks amazing but not comfy 🥲”

We'd like to clarify that the last date for placing orders to ensure delivery before Christmas was indeed November 12th. As you placed your order on November 27th, unfortunately, it fell outside the timeframe to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Our production timeline typically ranges between 6-8 weeks, and during peak seasons such as Christmas, it can extend up to 10 weeks, as mentioned in the confirmation email you received upon making the purchase. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. However, we're glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our drivers, and we will certainly pass along your kind words to them. Regarding the comfort of the sofa, we do encourage visiting our showroom in Halifax, West Yorkshire, where you can personally test the comfort of our sofas and explore our range of products.

“Very good price, delivery information was hard to come by and they were inflexible. In the end, I had no problems, but that was due to luck. It’s hard to say that “the delivery was on time”, when they gave me a six hour window that I couldn’t choose.”

“Sofa looks good quality but my big worry is there is no leg supports under the corner join area and definitely will be a week spot... I'm hopeful it stands the test of time but definitely poorly thought out for structural integrity.”

“Lovely sofa. Shame about delivery times, ordered in March, didn’t receive it until June, just over 3 months is a joke. Luckily my partner was home as the delivery drivers were only going to deliver it to the door.”
