“I was very pleased when my Corner sofa has arrived. It was my first time when purchasing a sofa without seeing it before. But like I have mentioned i was really pleased as the colour was exactly as on the photos. It is really sturdy and so comfy to sit and relax. I can really recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a sofa. The delivery was great too. I cannot complain. Thank you Msofas again for my beautiful sofa. :-)”

“Whilst I am very happy with the sofa. There were items that I paid for but never received. I called MSofas asking for a refund which was agreed. I have never received this. Rang back after couple of weeks and apparently it was processed late. 3 weeks on and I still not received my refund. I am fed up chasing this and very UNIMPRESSED!”

“I didn't like how the product was delivered in the slot from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. They delivered it to me after 11:00 PM and they entered the house with shoes on without asking if it was allowed. The sofa itself is beautiful and comfortable. I like it.”

“Sofa is comfy and looks great. We quickly receive samples of fabrics. II had prompt responses to my emails. Sofa came within a time frame, on the day I requested and well packed. Patryk and Bolek where nice delivery guys who have put it together and even removed a shelf form to so sofa could fit. I would highly reccomend M Sofas.”

“The Delivery was very fast , the delivery drivers were very good and asked if we need help with assembling our sofa and they carefully brought the sofa into my house. I love our corner sofa bed, the quality is amazing ! I couldn’t recommend it enough! Thank you M Sofas , you have amazing and practical products. Will definitely purchase something in future for our house !!”

“Please dont buy these sofas. We waited for 8 weeks for received the dyonysis sofa, one of the chair came with a rip that the install team try to cover up. And the lounger chair is unstable. We had msofa get their own team to come out and they confirmed both items above. They refused to issue a report. We went through a claim on paypal and still waiting to hear back. Please dont buy !! We waited for so long to get this sofa, paid upward of 2000£ only to find out it was defective and the customer service was basically just lying and not even responding. Honestly so disappointing for such an expensive item!”
