I regret purchasing from M Sofas. The sofa came in 2 shades. M sofas ignored my complaint. Refused to refund it. I am so disappointed. Please be aware.

Absolutely the Worst Sofa Purchase I’ve Ever Made I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. This sofa not only looks cheap and poorly designed, but it also feels like it was assembled without any thought to comfort or support. After only a couple of weeks of use, I began experiencing severe back pain—and I’m not alone. Everyone who’s sat on it comments on how uncomfortable it is. The design flaws are obvious: the backrest is too low, the cushions sink unevenly, and there’s no lumbar support whatsoever. It feels like you're sitting on slanted plywood wrapped in fabric. The construction is just as bad—squeaky frame, sagging seats, and misaligned stitching. What made things even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I contacted them multiple times with detailed complaints and photos, but got nothing but generic replies and empty promises. No returns, no exchanges, no transparency. They take your money and disappear. Avoid this sofa and this company at all costs. It’s been an expensive mistake that has caused physical pain and endless frustration.

I had a very disappointing experience with Msofas. The product description and images on their website for the sofa I ordered were unclear and misleading, resulting in me receiving the wrong bed-side orientation. On top of that, I paid extra to have the bedside in the same material as the sofa, but instead, I received a cheap, mismatched fabric. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility for their poorly presented product details, they blamed me for not checking other sofa models that apparently had a better explanation of bed-side orientation. This is completely unfair—why would I need to look at different models when I was only interested in the one I ordered? It’s now been three weeks, and I still don’t know if I will even receive the correct fabric I paid for. Their customer service is unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility. If you’re thinking of buying from Msofas, be extremely careful. Double-check every little detail and confirm everything in writing, because if something goes wrong, they will blame you instead of fixing the issue. Avoid this company!

The company is refusing to let me send my sofa back and get a refund and are stalling all they can and not answering my questions. They are also trying to go against their own T&Cs and trying to get more money from me when they are not allowed to. Be extremely carefull ordering from this company!! This company is a SCAM!!!

I order a sofa on 4th of January still no update no sofa is been delivered nothing 1000£ and I have no information of what’s happening when I will have sofa it’s ridiculous!!!!

Communication is terrible! Delivery was supposed to be within 2 to 3 weeks, which is why I ordered. I have now been waiting 5 weeks and they still cannot give me any idea of how much longer it will be. I regret purchasing from M Sofas.

Whilst I am very happy with the sofa. There were items that I paid for but never received. I called MSofas asking for a refund which was agreed. I have never received this. Rang back after couple of weeks and apparently it was processed late. 3 weeks on and I still not received my refund. I am fed up chasing this and very UNIMPRESSED!

Please dont buy these sofas. We waited for 8 weeks for received the dyonysis sofa, one of the chair came with a rip that the install team try to cover up. And the lounger chair is unstable. We had msofa get their own team to come out and they confirmed both items above. They refused to issue a report. We went through a claim on paypal and still waiting to hear back. Please dont buy !! We waited for so long to get this sofa, paid upward of 2000£ only to find out it was defective and the customer service was basically just lying and not even responding. Honestly so disappointing for such an expensive item!

We bay some furniture from this company but quality for this price is very poor. We pay lots of money for bed but quality of mattress is very bad to pay only money for the frame is too much. And they delivered also wrong size topper which they told me will be next week delivery again. But it’s not happening Also sofa bed it’s not perfect some of tops lifters it’s not straight

On the photo shows bed with the bedside table and I was expecting that, I was received only the bed and nowhere on the prescription doesn't say that the bed is not coming with bedside tables, now i have to pay extra £450 for bedside tables

We bought a sofa and when it was not comfortable, we were told we needed to pay approx £149 to return it. Apparently it was in the small print that they take 15% of the price of the sofa. We had already paid £88 for delivery. So all in all we had paid £237 and we had no sofa! We ended up keeping the sofa, as my son could not afford to lose £237. Appalling company, I did not mind paying another £88 for delivery but why are they making a profit from people when they are returning items, how can you know how a sofa is going to feel until you sit on it. Wayfair are much fairer they just charge the carrier! READ THE SMALL PRINT!

They know what they did wrong after numerous phone calls and it all eventually getting sorted. But as we promised (after how you responded to our last email) we feel compelled to let people know that dealing with this company is a risk, especially if you have a deadline of when your sofa must be delivered. If you have no deadline, do not get rid of your sofas until you get concrete confirmation of your delivery date, and even then, be ready.

I feel it is my duty to warn others about the absolute disaster of an experience I've had with this sofa company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not waste your money here unless you're happy with receiving a sofa that looks like it was stitched together by a child, treated like you're the problem when you reach out for help, and disrespected by a company that has zero regard for consumer rights or basic customer service. The material is completely bunched up in places – it looked as though someone with absolutely no sewing experience had stitched it together. The fabric was pulled tight in some areas, and loose and wrinkled in others, creating an uneven, cheap, and ugly finish. It’s honestly embarrassing to have in my living room. If I wanted a sofa that looked this badly put together, I could have tried making one myself at home with a needle and thread – and probably done a better job! But it didn’t stop there. Upon unboxing, I noticed a huge blue mark on the main base of the sofa. The stain is impossible to miss, and it looks as though someone smeared ink across the fabric. How this passed any sort of quality control is beyond me. This is supposed to be a brand new sofa, and it arrived looking like a second-hand reject from a clearance sale. The fabric also has strange, permanent lines that run across the material, and no amount of smoothing, cleaning, or adjusting will get rid of them. These marks make the sofa look even cheaper than it already does. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the comfort level of the sofa is nonexistent. It’s like sitting on a slab of concrete There is zero give, zero softness, and zero comfort. This sofa is so hard and uncomfortable that you physically cannot relax on it. Horrific Customer Service – No Accountability Of course, after realising that the sofa was faulty and not as advertised. I immediately contacted customer service, hoping they would acknowledge the faults and do the right thing by offering an exchange or a refund. Boy, was I wrong. I received a dismissive email telling me that they had “spoken to the manufacturer” (whoever that might be) and the manufacturer does not believe the sofa to be faulty. Let me get this straight – there is literally a blue stain on the sofa, bunched up, poorly sewn fabric, and strange lines across the material, and they have the audacity to tell me it's not faulty? Are they serious?! Not only do they refuse to acknowledge the visible defects, but they have also made it clear that they are not prepared to do anything about it. No refund. No exchange. No help whatsoever. They don't care about their customers or about selling faulty, subpar products. This company is openly breaking UK consumer rights laws. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is not as described, not fit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality, consumers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Clearly, this sofa is none of those things. Yet, this company is acting as if the law doesn't apply to them. They have no shame in selling faulty goods and ignoring the rights of their customers. To say I am disgusted with this company would be an understatement. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unethical. Not only are they selling poorly made, defective products, but they are also flouting the law and refusing to take any accountability. I will be taking this issue to small claims court, and I will be filing a chargeback with my bank. I am determined to get my money back, and I refuse to let this company get away with their shocking business practices. To anyone considering buying from this company, please do yourself a favour and DON’T. Save your time, money, and sanity. They don’t care about you, and they don’t care about selling quality products. There are far better companies out there – ones that actually respect their customers and follow the law. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst! I bought the corner bed sofa Neptun on 7th January 2024. This has arrived on 10th February 2024. After couriers left I realised the sofa was faulty. Next day on the 11th I contacted the costumer service, providing photos of the fault and explanation of it. After three days they responded and offered to change it for a another new sofa (which was great). New sofa arrived on 21th March. This was faulty again. I saw the fault directly when couriers delivered the sofa and I told them about. They agreed that something was wrong but suggested to contact costumer service. I did so the next day on the 22th, again providing explanation and photos of the faults. They asked more details of the faults and a video, which I provided. Although, the faults were evident and were seen also by the couriers at the moment of the delivery, they said they needed to carry an inspection. After a series of emails the inspection was carried on 27th April. Again the inspector agreed on the faults and reported these (and costumer service confirmed that they received it). After chasing them up again and another series of emails, on 17th of May, they offered 5% discounts (only). The faults of this soga consist of having a part of the front side of the fabric stitched with big metal staples instead of being properly seamed and having a lateral side horizontal cut of the sofa structure tilted and not straight (1 inch and half tilted). 5% discount doesn’t sound acceptable to me considering these faults. I was willing to accept 50% discount or just having the sofa changed for a good one. After chasing them up again …a series of emails…and not having a response for a month, on 8th of July they offered 10% discount as solution, which as I already told them I wouldn’t and I didn’t accept as it wasn’t a fair offer. Kindly I’ve told them again that I was gonna be happy if they would just change it if they weren’t able to offer 50%. After few days on 12th they said they would let me know within 5 days “at latest”. I still haven’t heard anything. At the end, I by now paid half of the cost of sofa already (I done the finance), I am continuing to pay and I’m left with a faulty sofa and carelessly without being offered a fair solution. After all of this I contacted the finance company and ask help to them. So far I’m just (still) waiting for them too to let me know (again). I wonder whether Msofas is just holding up on time, so that more instalments are gonna be paid and they eventually will still get the money they want (for a sofa that surely is not worth this money) and get out of it like this. By the way, this was the second time I bought a sofa from MSofa.

Avoid this company, do not buy anything from this company!!!! If you don't want to lose money, time from your life and most importantly your health. Msofas sells dirty, cracked sofas and a sofas with color defects. They do not respect the terms and conditions on their site, they are very bad customer service who lie and do not respect the rights of customers, Msofas refused to check the sofa and also refused to contact the manager or director. They didn't want to come for a defective sofa and made it even more difficult to get a full refund.

Very disappointed with the company dealings. I ordered a Fabio corner sofa bed through fast delivery. It was delivered on time but had damages which I showed to driver. He refused to take it away, saying that I should call company next day. I had paid in full and the company deducted 15% even though the product was damaged. The 15% was told beforehand to be the deduction, if I changed my mind - not after company delivering a faulty item after online sale! I have found the customer services very high handed in their approach with little empathy or understanding of customer's perspective. I ordered replacement sofa which arrived after 2 months. It is not made to order specifications. The shade of fabric is light blue instead of grey shade that was specified. Driver presented me with an invoice of twice the amount that was due to pay. This time driver wanted to take the sofa away when I refused to pay. No one from the company in UK was contactable even though the website flashed proudly that we are open till 9 pm. I have asked for the swap with correct shade of the order at the same time and no further deductions of 15% in the name of company policy! Hard to trust online companies.
