“Communication, ordering process and actual product 10/10. Love my new sofa. The only downfall was the delivery window being between 6pm-11pm. I didn’t actually think it would arrive towards the later end but I ended up accepting my delivery at 11:30pm - a bit of an inconvenience; especially on a weeknight. Regardless the delivery guys were great and super helpful. Thank you :)”

“Bought three sofas so far. Good quality products: simple and robust. Reasonable price. Delivery is often delayed by several weeks. However, on the day, you can track the drivers which makes planning easier.”

“Pleased with my sofa, arrived in the time scale, great communication through email, kept me informed when it was ready to be delivered, delivered on time. It said it could take 4- 8wks maybe more with it being busy period, it was delivered just after 4wks. Thank you”

“Product brilliant, communication and delivery staff fabulous. Did not meet the 3 tp 10 day delivery period, was more like 20 days in total! Otherwise top!”
