“The bed cover was not as specifications according to my request and the cushions were smaller than I was expected.”

“I didn't like how the product was delivered in the slot from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. They delivered it to me after 11:00 PM and they entered the house with shoes on without asking if it was allowed. The sofa itself is beautiful and comfortable. I like it.”

“Had a few looks at this website but it's quite difficult to asses whether you'd like a sofa just by a picture. I came back to it because I wanted a pull out bed and specific dimensions which this company seemed to offer. Ordering was fairly painless but I did find it difficult assessing the colours in small jpegs so had to order some samples which came fairly quickly. Ordered sofa, used the finance option which was fairly painless. And then it went quiet for a bit. No real way of checking on status until you get an email out of the blue to select delivery date. Two chaps turned up within the alloted time frame (albeit, they work late) and the sofa was in place and rubbish all gone in around 30 mins. They were polite and courteous, taking shoes off as needed. Moment of truth, sat on sofa and yeah, it was fine. A little stiff but it had a pull out bed, and built in storage for duvets and pillows. Perfect. Well, if it had cup holders for the kids but that wasn't an option. All in all, a great experience.”

“We were skeptical about ordering from MSofas because we had never heard from them but we are happy with our experience. We called beforehand and spoke to a few people who gave us consistent information that transpired to be the case right up until delivery. We are happy with the sofa compared to a terrible one we had from Made.com before it went bust. We deduct a star because the sofa itself (where the two parts connect) do not line up properly as one of the corners is about an inch shorter than the other one. Delivery was good, however we would have appreciated an interim email just to let us know our order wa still being processed, as it was dispatched about 4-5 weeks after we delivered it. It was made to order so we knew it would take a while, buta short email just letting us know it was still being worked on would have been nice. Overall, would recommend.”
