“Great shop. The delivery was successful. Using the link you can track where the driver is. About an hour before arrival, the driver sends a message that he will be there until an hour. The sofa is prettier than in the picture, especially the color. Solid and beautiful workmanship from the mattress to the drawer. I think this is not my last purchase at Msofa.”

“Horrible customer service. Sofa arrived non functional, as the backrest was incorrectly attached (there was about 1.5cm offset, can be seen in a photo) so it could not go all the way down as the wood frame of the backrest was getting stuck on the wood frame of the seating part of the sofa. As this was an easy fix, I have contacted customer support about it and asked maybe I could get a small discount for going through the trouble of fixing it myself and not returning the sofa, which I could have easily done as it was non functional as it was. I got a reply that “You do have to push down the backrest while the backrest is down, as that's how the sofa bed works.” Even though in my case it was not physically possible to do so. Did not get any others replies from the company, other than multiple annoying emails, reminding to leave a review. Avoid if you can, because if you will have problems with the order, they won’t cooperate with you.”
